The eagles don't HAVE to trade Foles. They are in a great position with him as backup and Went coming off an injury. I don't care for McCarron, but this is currently the only job open in the league. You sign him to a 2 year deal for backup money and tell him he's got a chance to start and earn a payday somewhere else. I'm not blowing draft picks on a guy I'm rooting not to start anyway.

I disagree strongly with this. Tyrod prepared as hard as anyone, he simple doesn't have the talent to let it rip.

I'd dislike it. The whole point of vets is to help the young guys learn how to be NFL QBs and the amount of work required, weldon't currently have someone who can help a rookie develop. Peterman has shown he can't even prepare himself to start a game.

If you're drafting a kid in the top 5 I'm guessing you prefer him to start right away.
