In this entire game I never once saw Jim Kelly or Steve Young look back at the officials asking for a flag after they were hit when they released the ball. This was back when quarterbacks were football players. Crybaby has benefited from the NFL's keep your hands off the QB regulations era. He's also a part of a cheating culture, but that's a separate issue. We can agree to disagree on this, I just find it highly doubtful that Crybaby would have survived during this time of football.

Kirk Gibson's Home Run did the same thing. That moment did not end the series, but the A's never recovered from it.

Actually Kelly also ended up with over 400 yards passing. To say the defenses really did nothing at all isn't true. Both the Bills & 49'ers made an interception, and they forced a pair of fumbles too. Granted there were few sacks in this game, but both Kelly & Young took quite a few hits.

Same here. I stopped paying attention to the NBA years ago. College Basketball is far more exciting and interesting.

This was during the QB controversy times of Joe Montana & Steve Young. I lived through that whole experience. Trust me, the divide between Bills fans over Flutie & Johnson was nothing compared to this. The Joe Montana fans were brutal to Steve Young and his supporters.

I was at this game. And to this day I have never seen a more thrilling game in person ever. The talent that was on that field that day was incredible. This was an Olympic event. I wish that NFL Films would do a special on this game. It was a game for the ages.
