We will disagree on this. I'm a Michigan fan, and I've paid attention to Brady for a long time. The motto from Bo Schembechler was "Those who stay will be Champions". Not Cheaters, which Brady is a part of, and he also lied about the whole deflated football issue, and he's the biggest crybaby that I have ever seen in the NFL. I've never seen a QB look back at the referee for a flag to be thrown as often as he has.

Yet "Get Out" was nominated, and that came out in February. -
I'd be happy with them too.

2018 Oscar Nominations: Predictions

Thank you! "Three Billboards" is very overrated. The acting is good, but there is too much absurdity going on in it to take it seriously, which is how they want us to take it. It's anti-police message is why the people love it so much. Watch "Wind River", it's a movie with somewhat similar themes, and is a much better film than "Three Billboards". -
I thought he looked pretty good today. I wish he was a little faster, but he's a good tackler. I see him as a 4th rounder.
-
The Bills don't have a 6th or a 7th round pick.
-
Drafting DT & DT in the first sounds far-fetched, even though it sounds nice. I just cannot fathom the Bills not addressing QB at either one of those picks, or at least no later than Round 2. Unless they land Kirk Cousins.
-
I don't see how any team will not take a chance on him. He's worth using a draft pick on.

I know there are a number of talented RB's in this year's draft, and all of the top RB's were not playing today. As great as it would be to have someone like Sony Michel or Ronald Jones II, I would be just as happy to have Rashaad Penny on the Bills. He looked very good today.
-
I wouldn't complain if that happened.

Who do you think are better options? Troy Fumagalli? Mark Andrews?

A shame. Would have liked to have seen him in the game. We'll see him at the combine.

Potential replacements for Eric Wood
Mark Vader replied to The Now Moment's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ryan Groy more likely gets the nod. Still, the Bills will need more players on the O-Line. If they don't address the position in free agency, then I'm all for drafting Mason Cole. -
Eric Wood has career-ending neck injury; will retire
Mark Vader replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Unbelievable. Very sad news to hear, but I'm grateful for Eric Wood giving us such stability at Center for so many years, and that he can walk away from this and lead a good life after football. I'll never forget seeing him being carried off in the Titans game when he suffered a horrifying broken leg injury. He came back from that injury and was still a good player. Thank you for all you did for us #70. -
When I saw the title of this thread, I thought it was started by Savior Back-Up. Thankfully, it wasn't. The Bills are going to be making moves on both sides of the ball, we all know that, and the offense really needs help. Once free agency starts I don't expect the Bills to make a big splash. They could sign one big name player, maybe two, and I think that is being generous. Look for 2nd tier free agents to be the target. Although, that is not a bad thing. We saw what the Bills did with "lesser" talented players. I wasn't excited when we signed Jordan Poyer, and I wasn't that thrilled with E.J. Gaines. Look at how that turned out. My lone problem with McDermott & Co. is that we never had a viable back-up RB for LeSean McCoy. That has to change, and I believe it will. Most of us, if not, all of us did not expect to make the playoffs this season. Even if Cincinnati hadn't beaten Baltimore, I still would have been happy with the Bills season. I believe that this staff knows what they are doing, and I think they will make the right moves for us this off season.

What does bread have to do with anything?

Would that be in the vein of Dirk Diggler? "I am a star."

I remember that name, it's possible that's who it was.

Glad I'm not the only one who remembers.

Happy 20th Birthday! A big thank you to Scott for keeping this page going. I've met many great Bills fans on this board, and while I may not have been here since day 1, I did join in 1998, back in my AOL days. There have been some great times and lots of sorrowful and anguished times here too, but that's the appeal of this board. I come to this board every day, getting whatever Bills discussion or any kind of discussion I can be a part of. Lots of great memorable topics to look back on. One of my favorite "Off the Wall" topics was when we would discuss American Idol. There was one TBD'er who made the best and most creative critiques of that show. I wish i could remember who, but this person's posts were hilarious. I've enjoyed making the movie threads for everyone to check out and I appreciate all of your comments on them. I do miss ajzepp, and his adding to the mix. Then there are moments on this board that are more on the bizarre side. For me that was the discussion of "The Disappearance of Juror#8". I don't think that's what the thread was called, but I do remember that time. Nobody had any idea where Juror#8 had gone. Then months later, Juror#8 reappears, as if nothing had happened. 20 years of great and not-so-great memories, and I look forward to more years with all of you here at TBD. Especially since this upcoming season, I will be going to Buffalo for the first time in my life. So I will need all the suggestions and recommendations from everyone here. I have never been to a Bills home game, and I want to make it a time I will never forget. GO BILLS!!!!!
