Eagles are back big time, and they're no longer classified as "endangered." Airports near nesting areas (rivers or shore lines) are starting to see more and more conflicts with airplanes. The mature birds know to stay away but the young ones are fearless/stupid and therein is the problem. If you can show cause, as with airplane safety, It is possible to get a permit to kill them, in the interest of air safety.

Personally, I don't see a market in Buffalo for "Luxury Suites." Buffalo no longer has the Industrial/Financial base to support them. They're only good if they're fully subscribed, with a waiting list, and I don't see that happening. Putting a lot of money into such a feature and then having to offer deep discounts to fill them, or worse, give them to NYS, makes no economic sense! Likewise PSL's! PSL's are just a TAX and God knows WNY already has more than enough of that! Look at the mess the Jets are in over PSL's! People are walking away from the obligation! IF we build a Stadium, it has to support itself on Ticket/event/parking revenue and forget all the financial voo doo of Luxuary Suites & PSL's A good Corporate sponsor wouldn't hurt either. Oh wait, M&T Bank is sponsoring Baltimore???

If you consider the massive population loss from WNY to points beyond, over the last 40+ years, If your a BILLS fan, you will likely be faced with these choices, or know people who have. It's often not easy, pleasant, or YOUR OWN choice but such is our Economy. If you wanna be with me you gotta have a J-O-B! I left in 1970. In 1970 NYS had well over 40 Representatives in the US House. Now I think NY is down to 28 or 29. New York City hasn't missed a beat, so who took the hit?? Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and points N & S of Rochester & Syracuse. So if it's a support group, it's a big group to be sure, and possibly still growing!
