  1. Looked like a severe sprain to me and even with the amount of injections and therapy, I’d still be surprised if he played.
  2. A 2022 24-10 win against the Patriots. He couldn’t get in the way of that one. EDIT: There’s now a Yahoo article about Hochuli, the Bills, and the angst that the fans feel. More of a spotlight that gets shown on him, the better in my opinion.
  3. That and the fact the game is at home should be the saving grace. No way can one individual derail a game on a national stage. *knocks on wood*
  4. There needs to be an invention that can liquify snow, so instead of throwing snow, the machine throws warm water. After a section is cleared it’s then immediately salted.
  5. Kudos to all who called the move. At least Bass is familiar with him.
  6. Yeah I’d say it’s less about their record with Hochuli and more about the Bills struggles with his crew. They average 10 penalties for almost 100 yards and have a losing record under him, despite winning the 2nd most games over the last few years.
  7. The Super Bowl is the most watched event in America. I’m sure the league would LOVE to cut to shots of Swift throughout that game. She’s already responsible for lots of people (mostly girls) watching football who otherwise had no interest. We have to control what we can control. Outclass the Chiefs thoroughly and leave no doubt. Can’t put it in Hochuli’s hands to decide the game.
  8. Okay now do the Bills with Hochuli calling their games… He has a reason to not like Buffalo. We had a player, Jerry Hughes, threaten one of his colleagues in the tunnel Hochuli’s rookie year (2018). It was a poorly officiated game against the Dolphins, one of the rare times the Bills lost to the fins in the Allen era. Ever since then he and his crew calls an inordinate amount of penalties against the Bills. I encourage you to watch the first half of the game against the Eagles this year to see this bias in action.
  9. Chiefs fans say the Raiders ran a 5-2-4 and beat up their OL all game. They don’t think Buffalo has the horses up front to replicate that success, namely one Maxx Crosby.
  10. Rochesterfan likes to disagree with almost everything.
  11. I’ll go on record and say no chance. I don’t think it’ll be more than a 2 score game either way. Would be happy to eat crow!
  12. Remember the game Haack shanked three punts in a row? And then Beane came out after the season and said they couldn’t make a move on him (but wanted to) because of the chemistry he had holding for Bass? Haack was terrible.
  13. Only option is to whoop the Chiefs bad enough the refs can’t control the outcome. If it’s a close game, where one play or penalty decides the outcome, we might be ****ed.
  14. Not to mention the Bills are 1-3 in games Hochuli has called.
  15. Punter or LB inbound?
  16. I don’t like Hussey or Vinovich either, but yeah Hochuli sometimes calls the game like he’s trying to avenge his father. Wasn’t Ed “muscles” Hochuli the one Jerry Hughes got into it with? EDIT: Just looked it up. It was in fact Shawn Hochuli and his crew. Rookie season in 2018, game against the Dolphins.
  17. I brought it up in another post, but I thought a high ankle sprain was the result of someone falling into your outside ankle and the foot/leg pushing inwards. What Patty had last year. Bernard’s looked like a severe lower sprain and having had one that looked an awful lot like the one he suffered, I’d be surprised if he’s back before the SB. Definitely can see him playing in the SB, but not the next 2 weeks. Of course I didn’t have an NFL training staff to rehab me, so maybe they can work some magic.
  18. Rewatching the week 14 matchup, the OL really has to get their **** together. The offense went into a cocoon after going up 14-0, but much of the reason was because guys were constantly getting beat up front. Spags knows how to scheme 5 man pressure very well, too many times the OL was either confused or physically overmatched.
  19. This team was always going to go as the offense carried them. They’ll have to put it together and have their best showing for 3 consecutive weeks. I feel like they’re due for those sort of performances because they haven’t played super well all year.
  20. Josh has missed him an alarming amount of times, whether it’s an under thrown ball or over thrown. They just aren’t connecting this year like they have in the past.
  21. As was said earlier, Mahomes faking like he’s going to run out of bounds, but then twinkle-toeing up the sideline is far worse than Josh not sliding in the open field when everyone expects him to.
  22. Von has flashed once or twice late in the past few games. He’s just nowhere around when we need him earlier. KC has very weak tackles, so hopefully Von, AJE, Groot, and Floyd can FEAST. DTs have to stop Patty from stepping up and running up the middle.
  23. Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I always thought the high ankle sprain was when the foot bends in the opposite direction, ie someone lands on the outside ankle and the foot bends outward. A low ankle sprain, the most common, is when the foot bends inward. I just thought he probably had a severe sprain until everyone started talking about broken fibula this and that.
  24. The Shakir TD because the offense had kinda been lulled to sleep and there was an uneasiness after getting outscored 17-3. Once he scored I could exhale.
