  1. Looks like you've got a stranglehold on this competition.
  2. Actually, this one wonders where that 78 million went. It sure as hell didn't get sunk into the team/coaching staff/front office.
  3. I thought there might be a slim chance of this happening until i saw the section of the planning map marked off for "Bass Pro" On the plus side, all those canadians can take the new bridge to get to the waterfront.
  4. I like to play video games, but with the recession and rising system/game costs, its becoming tougher and tougher to continue to buy games. Can i get a tax credit for that? On second thought, perhaps i should be "diagnosed" with a "disorder" that makes me want to stay home and play video games. Then i can't be fired if i skip work to play madden, because it would be discrimination. EDIT: this tax break represents discrimination because my landlord says i cannot have a pet in my apartment. I want to and would have a pet f i could, so I believe the gubmint should subsidize me the money i am missing out on.
  5. Peters doesn't have the mental capacity to read a bank statement, let alone to use some type of mobile device to actually log in and check his account.
  6. If Edwards never starts again for us, i'm perfectly ok with that.
  7. Do you realize that if we didnt have dick jauron as coach, we wouldn't have tanked to a 2-8 finish last season, and wouldn't be craptastic this season?
  8. Nix that. This retarded "bunker mentality" coming out of OBD began about a year ago at the time of the crash and burn, when the team refused to acknowledge anything about Jauron's contract extension. All this behavior does is wreak of smug arrogance, and it pisses off the fans. Someone with some hardware and rings, like belicheat* and the patsies* can get away with this. But teams that suck, such as us and the mangina-led browns, just look stupid when they behave this way. I've got a good feeling that things are going to get much worse between the team and the fans/media before this season is over. Especially as the losses pile up.
  9. This entire organization deserves to be publicly humiliated and embarrassed. After the craptastic product that has been put on the field for 10 years running now, the organization deserves all of this. So Jauron might be humiliated by this? Maybe if he grew a sack and started winning some games, we'd have no need to humiliate him. Dick Jauron is one of the worst people of all time in his given profession. He doesn't like it? Tell him not to suck.
  10. Retaliate. Magnets and hard drives make a cute couple. So do sweaty testicles and roommates dishes.
  11. We'll just wait until he's napping. We can even put his Taurus in storage so he can feel more "at home" should we ever decide to thaw him.
  12. I think the best way to solve the current dilemma that is the Buffalo Bills is simply to cryogenically freeze Ralph Wilson. 1. This keeps Ralph "alive" ensuring the team wont be sold and will remain in Buffalo. 2. This effectively removes Ralph's meddling in the day-to-day input of the running of the franchise. It gives us the best chance to improve with him not making decisions. Russ Brandon can take over as acting team president. He's smart enough to hire a competent GM, new coach, and will no longer have Ralph to answer to, freeing him to run the team as he pleases.
  13. Tell them they should have thought of how they were going to eat before they went off the meal plan. Helping out is fine, but don't let yourself get taken advantage of anymore. If they need a ride to wegmans, tell them i am going shopping on X day from 4-5pm. If they want to go fine, if not, you're not their taxi service. I know moving sucks, but i'd also look into switching dorms/getting out of your lease, etc. I dont know if you are in campus housing or not, but they are usually pretty accomodating about switching places to live. If you cant leave til the end of the semester, they try to hang out with your friends as much as possible. Your friends will understand the situation.
  14. Good call. Looks like Spree is out of his corner for round 2.
  15. That disaster on sunday was followed by a bank holiday on monday! DD is on to something!
  16. Actually, the behavior hasn't changed at all. You just got older.
  17. Its true. That pass traveled further than 90% of Edwards passes.
  18. Yeah, i'd hate to have a coach that led his team to 5 division titles and 6 playoff appearances (along with a super bowl) in his 10 years there. Someone remind me how we've done in the last 10 years?
  19. Yesterday you claimed everything was ralph wilson's fault because he has complete control. So if Ralph has complete control (which he does), how can it all be brandon's fault? And as was mentioned before, all of those guys are good because they are decent players with great supporting casts. All of them together anywhere and that team wouldn't be very good. Those guys are complimentary players.
  20. Something just went around our lab and i got it a couple of weeks ago. Sounds like what you had. I was down for about 4 days with a fever and just really tired. No stomach problems or anything. All in all, took me about a week to completely kick it. I've been wondering if it was swine flu or just another bug.
  21. Or you expose kids to things like pocket knives at an early age and teach them proper use and handling of the tool and what it can do.
  22. Yup. Theres exactly no difference between a kid bringing in a gun to school and a kid who brings in a swiss army knife to use as a fork for lunch.
  23. Or a kid in cub scouts. I had a pocket knife when i was 6 and in cub scouts.
  24. From what i gather reading the article, the kid didn't threaten anyone and used it to eat lunch. He was 6 years old. Probably thought it was "cool" and he could show all his friends. So you can: 1. Tell this 6 year old that you can't take it to school because it has a knife on it and is dangerous and let him go on with his life. 2. Freak out irrationally and suspend him for 1/4 of the year, while this kid probably has no clue what the hell he did to earn that punishment. But "that'll learn him." Its a damn 6 year old.
  25. Hooray for overreaction! Let's not look at this at face value for what it is...a kid brought in a swiss army knife to eat his lunch. Nope, much better to freak out and overreact and treat him like a common criminal.
