Your All-Time Fav/Memorable Bills PlaysDieHardBillsFan replied to NoHuddleKelly12's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives When Scott Norwood kicked the Superbowl winning 47 yard field goal in Superbowl 25!!! At least, that happened in every other dimension of the multiverse that I have visited...

I would like for this article to consider how many yards were needed to get a 1st down or completions on 3rd and long. There were a ton of drops last year which ended up requiring Josh to throw longer passes to gain a 1st down. The Oline wasn't allowing any kind of a run game either. I think if 1st and 2nd down plays are more successful this year (which I expect) then he will be MUCH more efficient and take shorter throws more often.

I was reading a comment saying that, guessing what will happen during the season now is way too early and it's like playing darts... This started me on a rant. This really shouldn't be directed to one person though. There are tons of you out there. You know who you are. So you have no thoughts on the matter and don't wish to discuss it... All you gotta say. This board is built on thoughts and opinions and maybe 10% research. The, everyone has one, just like an A-holes, type of statements are useless. Why say we shouldn't be writing about this or that? Discuss, its the offseason. What do you think of the new guys? I'd like to know. Do you think they would mingle well as a group or have you seen they are the type that are good locker guys which would translate quickly to work well with the other members? Do you think historically, from what you can tell, adding too many pieces on the Oline or WRs needs a year to translate on the field. What do you think about the coaches and how they are doing? Any number of things... but give your opinion without saying people shouldn't have one. You don't like to play darts? Who doesn't like to play darts?

Josh Allen vs Carson Wentz - Rookie SeasonDieHardBillsFan replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives This needed its own page.. Pathetic. So he had similar receivers to the ones in Wyoming it seems.

Of course, one of their precious Patriots got hurt... How about the illegal elbow drop during that game (I think) which only gave Gronk a game suspension. Guy should have been suspended for the season. How about Deflategate... And just because you win the following game, doesn't suddenly exonerate you from cheating the game before. OK, I'm done...

His roast for FredEx's Retirement was monumental. Laughed so hard. Guy really is as smart as advertised and still a top person I would like to sit and have a beer with. Thanks for the share.

Return of the Meme for New EnglandDieHardBillsFan replied to NoHuddleKelly12's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives I was thinking this would actually be funnier to figure out what the ref told Bellicheat. Example: You know you can see the top of your thong when you bend over. or, We have already called the amount of unfair/bias calls that you had previously paid for. We have to call this one accurately.

Probowl selections - No Bills SelectedDieHardBillsFan replied to One Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives White only has had one pick this year. ProBowl's are for players with numbers. Not that he isn't a top 5 CB in the league let alone the AFC. Just would not have expected his selection.

	Tell that to Marcell Dareus.

Players choosing to retire from BillsDieHardBillsFan replied to DieHardBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives It just seems that one of McDermott's strongest assets is to be inspirational. If this was as true as it seems then people would be lining up and not stepping out of line. Even if they were washed up or still in preseason or during a game, they chose to walk away under his watch.

Players choosing to retire from BillsDieHardBillsFan replied to DieHardBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives I would have completely agreed to all this, until Vontae Davis quit mid-game. This is what made me take a second look. It's unprecedented. Especially for someone uninjured, was going to play, and a respected player in the league.

Players choosing to retire from BillsDieHardBillsFan replied to DieHardBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives Seemed, since they were added to the team and were playing for the Bills. Both had comments about wanting to come back out of retirement after leaving. Both did decide to retire while members of the Bills. I like McDermott, but this is starting to seem odd.

Vontae Davis makes the 4th player to Retire from the Bills, rather than play for the Bills, in a little over a year. I know Eric Wood was not by choice, but Anquan Boldin and Richie Incognito both seemed like they still wanted to play. Maybe McDermott isn't as inspirational as we all think he is. He has kept Kyle around at least. So far...

This says it all...wide the hell openDieHardBillsFan replied to Dablitzkrieg's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives The review of the feet and their position was hilarious. You almost couldn't even circle his feet because 2 Offensive Linemen were almost on top of him already. All the blame should be on the GM/Coach/OL. OL for being completely miserable and the Coach/GM for not addressing that squad already. Don't tell me there was nothing available. Free agency isn't the only source of players. Trades happen. They needed to MAKE something happen and not wait for something to walk in the door and they didn't. Sure it was one loss, but that was a team on the cusp of making the playoffs. Those are teams that you have to beat if you are going to make the playoffs. Even the defense looked bad which is really scary. Let's hope it was just a rain issue and they have rainless games the rest of the year.
