I still think we are good enough to make the playoffs, but contend? Who knows. I feel there is no one on the DL in this draft that screams superstar. We should have offered our #2 for Mack if we were going all in again. I'm not thrilled with the DE class, but I love me the 2 DT's from Texas.

No he hasn't. He has put up what I call "fluff stats" during the regular season ( at least until the 2nd half of23') . Where has he been when it mattered? KC,Cincinnati,Playoffs? He has been taken out of the game and or just disappeared. I don't want to hear him say he wishes he had the deep ball drop back. I want this alleged #1, all pro to make the damn catch. He is a #2 at best when the stakes are biggest, but paid like a #1. Beane needs to take the hit and get what he can for him. And Josh doesn't need Diggs anymore. You have to pressure mahomes with the front 4, and take Kelsey away, Buffalo does either. We have whiffed on too many DL, whomever our DL scouts are, would have been fired if I was the owner. At this point get more firepower and out score them. McDermott with his schemes and lack of ability to either scout or develop DL talent isn't going to get it done for us. McDermott is the definition of insanity.

We don't need first round safety help. Hyde and poyer were 4th and 7th round picks.
