He needs to upgrade his scouts. His DL and WR picks have been abysmal overall. He MUST find legit WR's this draft and I'll go so far as to say a guy that can push Diggs. We still don't have Alphas on the DL. And I don't want to hear about Oliver. He showed up when chasing his 500k bonus. He completely disappeared against KC when it counted.

It could be both, but if you are missing that much on high draft picks... Terry needs to make Beane fire whomever scouts DL and WR.

We need to shake things up. First off congrats to him, he has worked hard for it. Second, I really like Babich, but if he is DC will he be allowed autonomy to run what he feels is "his" system?

We do not need to extend Diggs to get under the cap or have cap room. And I pray the Bills do NOT convert any money of his and move to future years. He will be here this season because of his contract unless we make other cap adjustments. But I think we keep him on the 24' roster as #2 or 1a. I agree with cossell he isn't a #1 anymore. Not really, but Beane won't cut either.

I honestly do not want Brady. I want someone with more experience and although many rag on McDaniel for his HC gigs, the man has the experience, including working with Tom Brady and Superbowls.

I agree McDaniels sucked as a HC,but ad a pure OC, his resume is pretty damn good. I hope they take a serious look at him.

I appreciate what Brady did, but we need to truly do this in earnest. I would rather have somone with a more proven track record that can scheme guys open better. I would really like a version of the WCO like Rogers had where he tossed a lot of TD's while throwing less than 10 ints's per season from 2011 -2021.

Who drafted those WR's or brought them in as FA's? At some point Beane has to be held accountable. All the draft pics on the DL, outside of Oliver, anyone even remotely a guy the other teams must game plan for? No. And clear 40+ million off the cap, AND find a legit #2 WR AND hopefully draft well.

The Bolded is all anyone needs to know. And WTH punt on 4th and 5 when you have Allen? Look, get Josh 2 legit WR to go with Kincaid and Shakir, bring in a better system and watch what happens.
