  1. Good guess. His career earnings up until last year were 39 million and some odd change, and then 12 million this year. 51 million...not bad work if you can get it.
  2. Um, I believe the words that most accurately describe our meeting with the Pats on October 30th are, "It's on like Donkey Kong".
  3. Man, you see the heartbreak in that young man's face. He wants out there so badly.
  4. Agreed, but it would be nice to have a contrast for various other situations.
  5. Impressive comeback by Texans and Os. The Colts being the Colts.
  6. 2004, at home against the Steelers, 9-6 on a 6 game winning streak averaging about 30 points a game with a chance to make the playoffs (and a win would have gotten us in) was kind of big, too.
  7. I don't know what we'll be, but New England will be 5-2. (waits for the almost inevitable crow pie for such blasphemy)
  8. This was funny and deserved credit for being so before my post.
  9. Wasn't there a national poll last year that had the Bills' Current unis as one of the favorite, if not the favorite, around the league? Blue with the red buffalo would be awesome, for awhile.
  10. I love tie-ins like that. Damn, BADOL, that is interesting...guy was alive to call games for someone who was born before Gettysburg. I read last year that the last widower of a civil war veteran died during the Obama administration. She married a civil war vet in, I believe the 20s, when she was a teenager. Dear Jimmy, I couldn't agree with you more. Sincerely, Steve Young jk
  11. Honestly, I've always thought Troy was good in the booth. A fairly straight shooter. Additionally, I like that he doesn't make himself "The Show". If this is what he thinks about Bayless then I'll go with him on it.
  12. Trade down, get picks, pick-up Chad Kelly late in the 1st and have the teams 2017 ad campaign be, "Make Buffalo Great Again!" ...this stuff writes itself.
  13. They did indeed, Hopeful. My consternation pleases me, though, as it proves that Bills red, white and blue still runs through my veins!
  14. Not glowing, BB, but they are 17-15 in two years.
  15. Additionally, Cletus, they were not jerky about it whatsoever and I actually like those two. Still, weird...even when I take off my rose-colored Buffalo classes I can't look at this team and say, "Oh, yeah, last place team right there." On top of that we get our All-Pro D-linemen back in week 5 and our 1st Round DE back in week 8, or so.
  16. Guys, there isn't even a white QB in free agency that I would want taking the place of any of our three QBs!!! This is the most comfortable I have been with our QBs in years. I love Tyrod at 1. I really like EJ at 2. and I am so looking forward to Cardale's future with him at 3.
  17. John haven't you been listening to Colin Cowherd?! I have low self esteem!!
  18. ...on NFL Radio Brady had us finishing last in the AFC East, partially due to injuries, but left the door open to potentially cover his backside later on. Bruce Murray had Brady's 3rd and 4th place teams switched. He had us at 3 and said he likes Tyrod. The kicker? Both had the Jets finishing second. I almost drove off the road. As we know the first 7 games of the Jets schedule is ridiculous. Contrarily I am actually worried about the Jets picking in the top 5 and getting a QB. ...do you really need to ask who they both had at 1?
  19. Don't be ridiculous, Coach. Don't you understand that you are even in the wrong just for thinking that, let alone posting it?! Don't you understand that he is a douche?! Don't you understand that he stinks even though he played through a painful hand injury last year?! Don't you understand he put up reasonable numbers for a third WR with three different QBs in three years and should be chided for this?! ...and finally, don't you understand he is a douche?!
  20. He is the real deal on this stuff. I couldn't agree more, aristocrat. Furthermore, man, if TT throws that ball where Shady is headed it is either knocked incomplete or is an interception. Weird to think a toss that generally looks sloppy was actually perfect.
  21. This is as well stated a response on the subject as I could imagine. It is a joke and Ex is not too far off the mark as to what a receiver has to do. I personally believe that the instant it is a legitimate TD the issue is over. Control, two steps...done. At that moment you can not take it away. If so then take away TDs when runners touch the pillion and then drop the ball.
  22. There are four options here: 1. They make us feel good during the preseason and bad during the regular season. 2. They make us feel good during the preseason and good during the regular season. 3. They make us feel bad during the preseason and bad during the regular season. 4. They make us feel bad during the preseason and good during the regular season. I'll take #2, just because that's how I roll.
