  1. Bye! C-ya Tommy!
  2. Good point. 👍 Hope it works out.
  3. So who is the choice? What I'm reading it is Dorsey & Bills are working to keep him, which makes sense as Allen clearly wants him. Sal's post that Giants could be ahead of the Bills on the hiring requirements & other reports that Giants were close to signing Dorsey sure looks like Giants 'outmaneuvered' us. That's neither 'insanity' or 'silly' it's just reading what reporters are saying. Hopefully the reports are wrong & the Bills get the guy they want.
  4. Hope you're right & we end up w/ Dorsey @ OC.
  5. Don't think so. Have to interview minority candidates before making a hire. Per Sal's tweet below the Giants may have already fulfilled the interview requirements ahead of the Bills. Bills are also interested in Dorsey as OC, see below: https://syndication.bleacherreport.com/amp/10025270-nfl-rumors-ken-dorsey-eyed-by-giants-bills-for-oc-job-after-brian-dabolls-move.amp.html Dorsey actively in contract talks with Giants to be their new GM, see below: Giants Daily (@NYGDaily) Tweeted: Bills QB coach Ken Dorsey is in negotiations with #Giants to become their offensive coordinator, per @Schultz_Report. Would be a huge addition. https://twitter.com/NYGDaily/status/1487213092316618752?s=20&t=TC_mN7gYw8efPjYiY2djDw G.T Bobby Thompson (@BThomps81) Tweeted: #Giants and Ken Dorsey are still working on a deal per source. Both sides want to get this done. https://twitter.com/BThomps81/status/1487244285619707905?s=20&t=pf9VjwxQVYrJirbU9l6pWA
  6. Wondering if the Beane got outplayed here? Giants may have already fulfilled all the interview requirements (under the guise of a head coaching search) that will take the Bills days to complete & can offer Dorsey the job & $ now. Bit concerning.
  7. Bill-ieve it when I see it.
  8. Hope we keep Dorsey so we don't have to learn a new system & set the offense back. Not sure who the next candidate would be to take us to the next level & that Josh would be comfortable with.
  9. Good for him. Loss for us. Hopefully Dorsey succeeds him IF he doesn't go with him. Hope this doesn't set Josh & our offense back.
  10. Until we win a Superbowl there will be those who doubt Josh Allen. Championships build legacies. Until then use it as motivation, like every great player does.
  11. Jordan fabricated disrespect to fire up his motivation. Josh just uses the disrespect that's there as fuel. Even Jordan had to get by the Pistons, but once he did. The look on his face after the game... I think other teams are in big, big trouble next year.
  12. The locker room loves Tre (brought his jersey to post NE press conference). Gronk recently said he didn't regret the dirty hit on Tre. Don't think he's a fit. Plus we're short on Cap space & he's well passed his prime (especially blocking).
  13. McD was a genius last week & a bum this one. 31 coaches will be bums by the end of the season. Only 1 wins it all. Tons of teams have changed coaches mid ride. When's the last time changing coaches = winning the SB? Dungy's about it. He & Bean built this highly respected team & ended a 17 year drought. Teams would like up to take him. McD will be here for at least the next few years. So all we can do is Bill-ieve that the right changes will be made to win it all next year!
  14. A punter 😉 OR Another fast shut down Corner
  15. Cap space will be an issue. Beans order: Restructure/extend: Diggs Restructure/release: Beasley, Klein, Feliciano or Boetteger Priority resigns: Phillips & Bates 2nd tier: Zimmer, Obada, McKenzie Resign @ right price: Wallace, Hughes, Addison Free Agent: WR, #2 TE, upgrade OL or DT/DE (all depending on $ and availability) Draft: Another top CB, Inside OL, DT, DE, RB

  17. Retiring to the land of the "Pre Game Commentator" where all old successful coaches & QBs go.
  18. Gabe did something unprecedented so $13 makes sense. Picking Oshei honors Allen. They covered both. Classy. Love the sportsmanship. Still want to beat them. Going to be a good rivalry. Go Bills!

  20. Little Q for those who want to fire McD: 17 years versus 13 seconds? 🤔 Hmmm...
  21. Bean drafted Josh Allen & acquired Stefon Diggs! 17 years w/o a playoff game, 17! We've been 4 out of 5 he's been here! 1 AFC Champ game & 13 seconds from a second and probably a SB appearance! Sure, he's missed on a few, everyone who takes a swing will have a few misses. What other team would not want Bean (Giants just took his Asst GM). I know we're all upset about the outcome of the game, but C'mon. It would be like firing Bill Polian after he put together teams that reached the SB. Keep the faith. Go Bills!
  22. Article makes very fair points. But as it concedes, McDermott seems to learn from past mistakes, like we all do. It's how players like Josh improved, coaches are no different. Did the coaching screw this one up? Yes. Will McDermott learn from it? Won't know until next year. Changing horses at coach means starting over in team philosophy that could set us back a year or 2, & doesn't guarantee success, see Dallas, Chargers (now & w/ Phillip Rivers), Cleveland, Green Bay, Atlanta. Only time I can think where changing coaches actually worked was Dungy to the Colts (Gruden to Tampa was overrated IMO). Stable franchises don't change coaches like people change clothes. We did that for 17 seasons. McDermott needs to learn & get better at 13 seconds. Odds are he'll have 2 new coordinators to help him do it, and hopefully that is change enough. Go Bills!
  23. Might be a good idea to invest more in CB position than 1 first round pick, a 7th rounder & an undrafted, if we want to beat KC. Also, Daboll's running it instead of letting our best player play & throw really hurt us in the 2nd & 3rd quarter. We ended up punting it back and wearing the D down. If he had gone to the pass sooner, they may have played with a lead and won. Too conservative IMO.
  24. Text from a friend: "For decades a small market team from one of the fastest shrinking areas of the country has excelled at disappointment. Though it is the only team in one of the most prominent states in the Union, like the area it embodies, this team is overlooked as the "other team" from the "other NY", Upstate NY. This team is a reflection of it's fans, poorer in success, but rich in heart, grit and an unparalleled pig headed determination. The unkind decades have relegated past glories to unimaginable fairy tales and scattered many to distant lands. Yet we proud few remain year after year to beat our heads against the wall of doubt, in hopes that this year, yes this year, might be the year we break through the doorway of success. To be there for the glory of that moment, we return again and again to cheer on a little unheralded team from a forgotten place we call home. So against all odds, weather conditions and any rational thought there is no place that we happy few would rather be than "right here, right now", where we still Bill-ieve!"
