Yes! More specifically it was halftime of that game... but we punted in OT and they came down the field and scored a TD. I hate that we lost that game and that they never played against each other in Josh's prime.

Are there comments below the article? That would be another way of calling him out. It's not only the media. Politicians lie to our faces and try to scrub their content. In human history, truth has never meant less than it does now. I wish I believed that this behavior didn't have a trickle-down effect to the general public.

Another topic where there's too much discussion from the poles and not enough consensus... (the truth in the middle). The following positions (made by all of you) have validity: The Bills returned only one receiver who had caught passes from Josh. The Bills had many new WRs that had never caught passes from Josh. Because of the above, there was legitimate and justifiable concern from media/fans about the WR corps before the season began. It's possible/likely that the team shared these concerns but wanted to see how things played out. It's true that an offense has more weapons (RBs, TEs) than simply the WR corps and that this was part of the team's math. It's possible/likely that early on, the team identified Amari Cooper as a target in case a transfusion was needed. It's true that Joe Hines-Brady would employ schemes and philosophies differentiating the offense from the one he inherited last year. It's true that the above process would take some time. It appears the Bills have changed their offensive philosophy to feature bigger, more physical (bad weather) wide receivers. It's true that since the beginning of his term, McDermott has wanted to balance the offense and improve our run game and O-line play. It's true that this offense was going to improve over the course of the season, with or without Amari Cooper. It's difficult (if not impossible) to quantify how much the offense has improved due to Amari Cooper. It's inarguable that they are a better offense because of the addition of Amari Cooper. So all of you stupid ***** are right.

It's kind of a cool rhetorical question... what would it cost for a team to successfully trade for Josh Allen? Some of us here are old enough to remember when Mike Ditka ran the Saints and traded his entire draft for Ricky Williams. What would Josh be worth? 5 entire drafts? Six? The reason people dump on Herbert is because he plays like this once every ten games. Physically he's fairly close to Josh but he disappears for long stretches. And did you see him crumple along the sidelines after being hit at the end of that nice scramble? It was like he'd stepped off the curb and been blindsided by a metro bus... and not a 190 pound defensive back. I guess we're all just spoiled.

That FG at the end of the 1st Half was a turning point. The Broncos scored on a FG drive to open the 2nd half and I thought they stopped the bleeding but then there was a weird sequence of events including lots of defensive fouls which seemed to make Herbert wake up. Then he throws a TD pass and 2 point conversion that defenders get their hands on but can't defense. Weird momentum swing.

And now the most improbably thing has happened... the SoFi home crowd is making noise... what's next... a silent snap count?
