    I agree. If we wanted a receiver we needed to take one in round 1 or 2. I think Matthew Golden is going to be good, but he went before we picked anyway.

    That's regular season. Playoffs are the problem. Since 2020, Bills defense has given up 25+ points to opposite offenses in the playoffs 58.8% of the time. Since 2020, Chiefs defenses have given up 25+ points to opposite offenses in the playoffs 37.5% of the time. Not to mention, Spags just seems to know exactly what to call when its crunch time.

    I fully and completely agree with your assessment. Where we disagree is whether we can more likely find a quality defensive player, or WR, at this point in the draft. Imo, we have a higher chance of hitting on a quality d-player than WR at this point. Of the top 50 WR's in the NFL, only 6 were drafted after round 3. Just a super low success rate at this point.

    I’ve long argued this. He is willing to be ran on. He accepts it as a necessary evil.

    Because that’s all we were talking about. We know there is more to it, but we were talking about a specific aspect. People just have a reallyyyy hard time with reading comprehension online. I’m no exception. I have at times too.

    Thats two seconds. FYI. We entered the round with two 2nd rounders. We now have 0 2nd rounders left. Taking TJ Sanders cost 2 second rounders.

    An undersized DT and we gave up 2 second round picks for him. Welp. Lets hope it works out.

    Beane intimated that he’s not the best tackler, but he is a willing tackler. Said he tries but his smaller frame just makes it difficult sometimes. He said they have to get him in the weight room.

    The more I think about it, the more I like the pick. We are lacking in ELITE traits on this time and Hairston brings elite speed.
