  1. Difficult to go back 10 posts... lol
  2. I didn't know Bout would be someone to talk about on this page. Someone who was put in prison nearly 10 years ago. And I have only been on here for about a year. But again, has nothing to do with anything. I posted to you about this in a reply. You didn't respond to my points.
  3. Well, you're wrong on both accounts. Especially Bout. If you ever watched "Lord of War" you know exactly who he is because Cage's character was loosely based off him.
  4. Who Whelan or Bout?
  5. Here's the thing... if Biden hadn't got Griner, was still trying to get both Whelan and Griner but struggling to do so... I don't think anyone would be complaining. We get it... it's Putin, Russia. Not an easy person to negotiate with. We have no idea how Trump or his administration worked on getting Whalen back. BUT, Biden DID manage to come to terms with Russia. He gave up one of the worst men on the planet for a person who was breaking the law in the country she was in. If Trump did that, YOU'D be on here freaking out and sharing 40,291,342 tweets from leftists. This is who we just turned over to Russia: https://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/viktor-bout-merchant-death-sentenced/story?id=16080286
  6. "Lord of War" was loosely based off him.
  7. Even CNN is ripping Biden for this "trade". LOL
  8. Trump's former Pennsylvania campaign director, David Urban, worked on trying to get Whelan's release.
  9. Oklahoma State LB, Mason Cobb who was the leading tackler, entered a few days ago... rumor was TWO WEEKS AGO that Texas A&M was trying to lure him to College Station. Well, shock... he's now visiting. Completely against NCAA rules.
  10. No charges filed against Matt Araiza, ex-teammates in SDSU gang rape case https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/35205631/no-charges-filed-matt-araiza-ex-teammates-sdsu-gang-rape-case
  11. Von is the type of guy who would post an inspirational video after losing his right leg and both arms, that it's all good.
  12. NFL executive V.P. of communications, public affairs, and safety Jeff Miller claiming slit-film surfaces “have 2-3 more injuries per year, most of them are ankle sprains — a low-burden injury — whereas slit film also sees a lower rate of fewer high-burden ACL injuries compared to other synthetic fields.” Miller added that “the league and NFLPA’s joint experts did not recommend any changes to surfaces at the meeting but agreed more study is needed.” The problem with slit-film turf comes from the construction of the various fake blades of grass. Instead of a single blade of fake grass (monofilament), slit-film has openings in the pieces, creating a potential risk of cleats catching in the material. Seven of the league’s 32 teams (the Giants, Jets, Lions, Vikings, Saints, Colts, and Bengals) use slit-film turf. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/11/14/research-shows-statistically-significant-higher-risk-of-lower-extremity-injuries-on-slit-film-turf/
  13. Miller is the 2nd former Oklahoma State RB to play at Buffalo (1st round pick, 5 overall) to get inducted to the college FB HOF. Miller had the 8th best rookie season as a running back for the Bills in franchise history (1,060 yards, 7 TDs). When Joe Cribbs was signed in Miller's 3rd season, it ended Miller career in Buffalo. Of course, the 1st player inducted was Thurman. https://okstate.com/news/2022/12/6/cowboy-football-terry-miller-inducted-into-college-football-hall-of-fame

  14. My argument has never changed. I said blue bloods have come back from bad stretches... many do. Most programs have slumps and rebound with the right combo at the helm. I'll go back to Oklahoma State. No real football history aside from the Jimmy Johnson then about half of the Pat Jones era (with Barry and Thurman both in the backfield). Bring in the right coach, (again) they have now gone 145-61 since 2007 under Mike Gundy, 10th best record in college football over that span. If Kansas State can become a dangerous team under a Bill Snyder (I believe KSU was the worst team in college football up to his hiring, wins/losses) or Chris Klieman in freaking Manhattan, Kansas.... or Gundy in Stillwater, Oklahoma... not a stretch to believe someone can't do it at Nebraska again.
  15. I'm not sold on Rhule either, he wasn't "all that" at Baylor. But again, I said and I still feel this way... Nebraska CAN come back. I never said it was a sure thing they'll be an Alabama again.
  16. You clearly don't know Nebraska football. They made a mistake 7 years ago firing Bo Pelini. Well, it was Frank Solich before that. They've had five bad seasons in a row. They are one of the best programs in college football history. Blue bloods that had a bad stretch, that made it back... OU, USC, Tenn, UGA, Alabama, Notre Dame, etc. Nebraska has won FIVE national titles and sell out every game. They will bounce back.
  17. It's simply not accurate my man. You might have 3-star kids go to HBCU's... there has been kids who committed or transferred in. Those who commit are not the norm. It rarely happens. Roscoe Gibson (3-star is playing for Eddie George at Tenn State) is one of those rare kids. If you can prove your theory of "4-5 star spillovers" going to HBCU's, I'll shut up. Because if you think it's not because of Deon, you're insane. And I never said Colorado is going 12-0. I said that Colorado *CAN* become legit again. Nebraska *CAN* become legit again. Sanders is doing something to excite these kids.
  18. You asked what Power 5 teams JSU beat. I didn't say they played against anyone, I said they recruit against them. You said "His JSU stint proved more HBCU players would go to Sanders than other SWAC schools" Did he not recruit against, and WIN, against MAJOR power 5 schools? Yes or no?
  19. You could go to North Texas and be more likely to start, but North Texas isn't getting 5-star recruits. You could go to Tulsa and start, go to Arkansas Tech and start, etc., etc. Kids want to win and develop for the NFL. That's the #1 goal of most of them. Yea, education is the top priority but you're kidding yourself if you think a lot of top 15 draft picks are from HBCU. This is the goal of (I'd guess) 95-99% of 4 and 5 star kids. Very few Steve McNair's out there getting drafted in the top 5. In fact, there are usually less than 10 drafted every year and has been the case since around 1993 (last year had FOUR and none in the top 3 rounds). There used to be a BOAT load coming out of those schools 60's and 70's. We are talking 40-60 each draft. HUNDREDS of players. Between 2010 and 2019 (last study done) a total of 26 players drafted from every combined HBCU school. 89 were drafted from Alabama alone over that same span. Jackson State has taken players, Deon Sanders has taken players, from OFFERS from Alabama. PS: I could give a rip about how many Power 5 programs JSU played or didn't. That has nothing to do with Deon Sanders getting kids to their program while you think (AGAIN, the reason I replied to your comment) they are going up only against the SWAC. That's completely inaccurate. LOL Are you a Colorado State alum?
  20. That's pretty silly IMO. 4 and 5 stars go to Alabama and "probably aren't" playing? Okay. LOL
  21. I second RING. I have 3 cameras at two houses and they're great. $10 for six months of storage... motion detection, notifications, etc.
  22. Do you know how many touchdowns his Oklahoma State defense gave up last season after halftime? Knowles was the best assistant coach in 2021 IMO, he should have won that award. Take away the James Madison's, Marshall's of the world... tOSU is top 10 in total defense and scoring defense.
  23. Doesn't explain the list of kids I gave you in just the past 2 years. You said JSU is competing against Southwestern Athletic Conference. Yea, but they are also going up against and beating major power 5 programs. And there's not that many 5 star kids out there, not all teams get them. Oregon, Notre Dame, Penn State, Tenn, etc all got a total of 0 five-star kids last year.
