  1. It actually can't find my email or phone number now.
  2. I get that... but none of my friends can find my old account anymore. Just vanished. I tried that once, got to where you add your phone number to get the SMS code... then it never comes. I tried again and it said I've requested it too many times. Not once code came to my cell text message-wise.
  3. Woke up this morning to find my Facebook account was hacked around 1:30 a.m. Someone managed to get into an email I used to set it up a couple of years ago, requested to change that email to their hotmail account, managed to get the code request (number) from my email and then totally deleted my old email. So my account is gone. 2+ years of memories gone. WTF would someone want to do that? There is nothing to gain by hacking and changing someone's account. PS: I can't request to get access because they even changed my phone number.
  4. I had us trading Gabe and our 1st round pick along with a 2025 R1 pick to the Eagles for their #1st round picks. Then get Johnston at #10. Pipe dream...
  5. I really would love to get Johnston... trade up for the guy then start filling OL and DB needs. He was a game changer at TCU and could be a JJ type receiver for us.
  6. Background checks: 22% of guns are obtained without one So...with the 22%, how many were stolen or passed around in gang/drug communities? How exactly do you stop that from happening? You can't. Criminals aren't going to do a background check. There is a "myth" about gun-shows, very few "private sells" take place at shows. It's so overblown by the left and the media. You go to a gun show, 99% chance you're filling out a 4473 to buy a firearms. Protection orders & red flag laws: Already against federal and all state law to buy a firearm if you have a proactive order. Red flag laws are awful ideas. You're wrecking someone's constitutional rights (3-4 rights are being trashed right off the bat) and it's already been ruled as such... unconstitutional. Ban under-21s: Prevent kids from buying guns I'm not a fan of this due to SEVERAL reasons. It's already illegal for someone under 21 to buy a handgun (which is the most used firearm in shootings). You can go to war at 20, but can't buy a 1911? When do people no longer become kids? They are voting by 18. Again, a constitutional right was set in stone. My youngest daughter is a sophomore at Ole Miss (20 years old). An apartment right next to hers was broken into. She freaks out due to what happened in Idaho... and she can't go buy a firearm to protect herself? A 20-year old mom being threatened by an ex, can't buy a firearm? I have no issue opening up juvenile records for buying firearms. Do more extensive backgrounds. But BANNING pre-21 year olds? No. Safe storage: trigger locks, storing ammo separately from guns, etc. No reason to have ammo and a firearm stored separately. Makes no sense if it's all in a safe. That said, I have no issue making sure firearms are locked up when you're not present. It should be a law you MUST report any stolen firearm, why it's not is weird to me. I was basically single (lived alone) from like 2012-2021. Should I have to lock up my firearms when I'm sleeping alone in my house? Straw Purchases: Improved enforcement on straw purchases and limits to how many guns an individual can purchase in a month Straw purchases is already illegal and zero reason to stop someone from buying whatever they like. LEO showing up at someone's house to "take a look" at their guns is unconstitutional. Ammunition Checks: Require background checks for people buying ammo Pardon me for saying this, but GTFO. Not going to do anything but become a huge pain in the ass for all of us legal gun owners (which is most of America). Besides, I can roll my own ammo (which I do). How you going to prevent that? Background check every time I press a 300 Blackout round? End Immunity: End the immunity the firearms industry that subsidizes it and dis-incentivizes safer gun research You can sue gun manufactures. It's already happened (see Sandy Hook) Research Smart Guns It has been and it's flawed Empower research on guns and gun violence Zero issue doing research. Improved firearms training I don't have an issue with this, but what does that even mean? I train all the time. I train others (my girls, my fiancé, my dad). Are you going to demand or require a gun owner to do a training class? Again, your 2A rights come into play here. Ultimately the issue is with gang/drug violence in intercity. This is where most of the gun violence takes place. This is where most illegal gun use takes place. Until city LEO/mayors/governors take a strong stance on crime (hello? Chicago?) things will never change.
  7. What would you like to see done that would have prevented last night? We (pro-2A people) keep asking these questions but the left's only replies? 1. Universal backgrounds (which is impossible and moronic) 2. Ban semi-automatic rifles (which are only used in a FRACTION of shootings)
  8. Let me know where which part of the Bill or Rights cover lawn darts. How many people die until we outlaw hammers? Cars? Tobacco? Fast food?
  9. Because there are evil people out there that DO exist among us? This guy, a convicted felon who's not allowed to own a firearm, manages to get one illegally and used it to carry out his hate/evil. Nice, France = truck = evil = 87 dead/484 injured Sagamihara, Japan = knife = evil = 19 dead/26 injured You can move into a homestead in Alaska and get away from the chance of evil people people close to you?
  10. Michigan State is the largest school in Michigan with almost 50,000 students. It's not far fetched to think a kid who attended Sandy Hook, Parkland, Uvalde, etc. might end up at a school where this happens. BTW: College shootings are extremely rare.
  11. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh................ We don't talk about how most "mass shootings" are carried out by POC and illegal handguns are used. It's time to ban all AR-15/AK style firearms and label the white man the biggest threat to America after what happened last night!
  12. There's ZERO reason Texas can't be a top 5 team every year. They have more money, more recruiting access than any team in the country, etc. Texas' issue has been their Athletics Dept. and president. Hell, they fired Tom Herman after a 4-0 bowl record and 32–18 overall record. Why? Because they only beat OU once in his tenure. Don't beat OU = fired
  13. I had a feeling it was going to take place. I told my friends, including one who played football at OU in the mid-90's, that OU and Texas would be gone after the 2023 season. He argued with me. (I'm an Okie) Going to miss Bedlam football. I don't give a crap about Texas... they've been a JOKE for a while now. My Cowboys have DOMINATED them since like 2010. But, oh well. Going to push Oklahoma State to the #1 Big XII spot with OU gone. We've been 2nd in wins over the past 20 or so seasons, only behind the cheaters.
  14. My post was directed towards Mr. WEO if you want to know. He said over and over kids go to schools like Colorado because they don't want to ride the bench at a Bama or tOSU.
  15. Where did you post your prediction? I do find it interesting how many people come on here OVER TWO WEEKS LATER to make a comment about me going on a limb with my score. Good job dude 👍 Where's your prediction posted? OH, that's right... you didn't. Just came in to tell me I was wrong I guess? Bravo.
  16. Trade Josh to the Bears for their #1 pick, Teven Jenkins, Braxton Jones, Sam Mustipher and Khalil Herbert.
  17. Guess he didn't want to be a backup at Alabama... despite being the #1 CB in high school football.
  18. He used, what is widely considered, one of the worst guns ever made. Could have used a hi-point with a 30 round drum mag.
  19. Aside from Josh, we have not selected ANY offensive player in the 1st round since Sammy in 2014. Since 2015 in the first two rounds? OFFENSIVE PLAYERS: 4 (Josh Allen, Zay Jones, Cody Ford, James Cook) DEFENSIVE PLAYERS: 11
  20. So true. Yea... our NFL draft history for WR's... 2022 Khalil Shakir - 5th round - Definitely can be a solid slot guy in the future, showed promise at the end of the season. 2021 Marquez Stevenson - 6th round - Cleveland practice squad (never understood this pick, he had 300 yards his senior season at Houston) 2020 Gabe Davis - 4th round - CAN be a WR1a 2019 NONE 2018 Ray-Ray McCloud - 6th round - We waived him in 2020, now playing in the NFC Championship game Austin Proehl - 7th round - Huh? 2017 Zay Jones - 2md round - Traded him for a 5th round pick. He had 546 yards last year for Vegas
  21. Honestly sick of watching our quarter billion dollar QB run for his life on every play. When Josh has time to throw the ball, he might be one of the best QB's in league history... but we've invested so much into building a defense to stop Kansas City, which has been great during the regular season, we've done nothing to protect JA. I absolutely love Dion, but he's really-really bad. I just watched the edited down replay from the NFL today and he held or was smoked on EVERY DOWN. It's been an issue all for him. Somehow he's graded 24th in regards to tackles by PFF. Let's review our draft picks for our OL the past few years... 2022 Luke Tenuta - 6th round - released in the pre-season 2021 Spencer Brown - 3rd round - allowed 36 QB pressures in 2021. Allowed 42 pressures in 2022. He's currently ranked 76th in the NFL at the tackle position. There are teams with 4 tackles ranked higher than Spencer. Tommy Doyle - 5th round - Has never started in 2 years. Tore his ACL this year against Miami. His pass blocking grade is worse than Spencer's Jack Anderson - 7th ground - Practice squad and now he's on the Giants roster. Was on the 2 deep for a while and graded out better than Brown and Doyle pass blocking in '22. 2020 NONE DRAFTED 2019 Cody Ford - 2nd round - Now with the Cardinals. One of the worst rated guards in the NFL ever since he was drafted by Buffalo. 2018 Wyatt Teller - 5th round - Traded to Cleveland in 2020 for 2 picks (ended up being Fromm and Hodgins). Teller is now one of the best guards in the NFL (2x All-Pro). He's rated 17th overall in the NFL. Side note: Cleveland has two of the best guards in the league with Teller and Bitonio. Let's review the 2 deep.... Dion Dawkins - 24th rated tackle Rodger Saffold - 74th rated guard Mitch Morris - 24th rated center Ryan Bates - 42nd rated guard Spencer Brown - 76th ranked guard David Quessenberry - 68th ranked tackle Bobby Hart - NR (guard) - Only played 128 snaps this year Greg Van Roten - 52nd ranked guard Ike Boettger - NR (guard) - Only played 6 snaps this year due to injury WHY DON'T WE INVEST IN OUR OFFENSIVE LINE?!?!?! We have 2 guys on the team we've drafted since 2018 on the line. TWO. I won't even begin to go over who has been drafted for other teams that are solid starters now, after some of our busts draft picks. FREE AGENTS Ben Powers - G - Baltimore Isaac Seumalo - G - Philly Dalton Risner - G - Denver Mike McGlinchey - T - SF Orlando Brown Jr. - T - KC Kaleb McGary - T - Atlanta Jawaan Taylor - T - Jax Kelvin Beachum - T - Arizona
