Honestly sick of watching our quarter billion dollar QB run for his life on every play. When Josh has time to throw the ball, he might be one of the best QB's in league history... but we've invested so much into building a defense to stop Kansas City, which has been great during the regular season, we've done nothing to protect JA. I absolutely love Dion, but he's really-really bad. I just watched the edited down replay from the NFL today and he held or was smoked on EVERY DOWN. It's been an issue all for him. Somehow he's graded 24th in regards to tackles by PFF. Let's review our draft picks for our OL the past few years... 2022 Luke Tenuta - 6th round - released in the pre-season 2021 Spencer Brown - 3rd round - allowed 36 QB pressures in 2021. Allowed 42 pressures in 2022. He's currently ranked 76th in the NFL at the tackle position. There are teams with 4 tackles ranked higher than Spencer. Tommy Doyle - 5th round - Has never started in 2 years. Tore his ACL this year against Miami. His pass blocking grade is worse than Spencer's Jack Anderson - 7th ground - Practice squad and now he's on the Giants roster. Was on the 2 deep for a while and graded out better than Brown and Doyle pass blocking in '22. 2020 NONE DRAFTED 2019 Cody Ford - 2nd round - Now with the Cardinals. One of the worst rated guards in the NFL ever since he was drafted by Buffalo. 2018 Wyatt Teller - 5th round - Traded to Cleveland in 2020 for 2 picks (ended up being Fromm and Hodgins). Teller is now one of the best guards in the NFL (2x All-Pro). He's rated 17th overall in the NFL. Side note: Cleveland has two of the best guards in the league with Teller and Bitonio. Let's review the 2 deep.... Dion Dawkins - 24th rated tackle Rodger Saffold - 74th rated guard Mitch Morris - 24th rated center Ryan Bates - 42nd rated guard Spencer Brown - 76th ranked guard David Quessenberry - 68th ranked tackle Bobby Hart - NR (guard) - Only played 128 snaps this year Greg Van Roten - 52nd ranked guard Ike Boettger - NR (guard) - Only played 6 snaps this year due to injury WHY DON'T WE INVEST IN OUR OFFENSIVE LINE?!?!?! We have 2 guys on the team we've drafted since 2018 on the line. TWO. I won't even begin to go over who has been drafted for other teams that are solid starters now, after some of our busts draft picks. FREE AGENTS Ben Powers - G - Baltimore Isaac Seumalo - G - Philly Dalton Risner - G - Denver Mike McGlinchey - T - SF Orlando Brown Jr. - T - KC Kaleb McGary - T - Atlanta Jawaan Taylor - T - Jax Kelvin Beachum - T - Arizona

A day later, I'm still in the camp of cleaning house.

Can we trade Detroit for Dan Campbell? -
First drive... maybe the first play. Edmonds covering Chase. 3rd and 2 late in the game when we are down 10? Tre 8 yards off Chase. That's not players, that's coaching. We've been destroyed the past 3 years in the playoffs by KC (twice) and now Cincy. Time to move on.

AH, so having Edmonds cover Chase on that first drive was due to being physically outmatched? Not coaching? 3rd and 2 and we line Tre up SIX YARDS of Chase. That wasn't because of coaching?

ATF is a complete joke, changes "rules" again.
ArdmoreRyno replied to ArdmoreRyno's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Here's the thing... if Congress made a law that banned pistol braces, then signed into law... it is what it is. I'd disagree, but they make the laws. ATF is a government agency who comes out and says one thing then later changes their mind. There's no logic behind it. There are no "laws" behind it. That's the problem with the ATF. They can tell you that your 6 shot revolver is good to go, then a week later say "Any revolver that will hold over 5 rounds must be registered with the ATF, plus pay the $200 tax stamp". -
How confident are you the Bills beat the Bengals?
ArdmoreRyno replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall
Cincy is the one team who scares me in the AFC. It seems, ever since the 2nd half of GB, we've not quite been a complete team... that we are barely making it. Hope I'm wrong and we win 41-14. -

BillS is okay with government overreach. -
Between 3 and 40 million "pistol braces" have been legally sold in the United States since their invention. Since they came to market, the ATF has completely made them a legal firearm accessory. Now? The ATF does what the ATF does.... change their mind after they already said it's okay. People who own one of these now have 120-days to remove, turn in or register their pistol with the government. The *only* positive is they are waving the $200 tax stamp if you form 1 your pistol, turning it into a SBR (Short barrel rifle). Just moronic. There is zero logic with this government agency. Same logic that says a 16" rifle is okay, but a 15.999" rifle isn't.

What is better, no guns, or more guns?
ArdmoreRyno replied to Security's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
There are educated people and uneducated people in regards to firearms on both sides of the isle. I'm from southern (rural) Oklahoma... it's Dixieland so there are a lot of registered democrats. Almost have to be to vote for your local sheriff. That said, the former District Senator is from my small town. He's a former Highway Patrol and is very pro-2A and well educated on firearms, democrat. My dad, very conservative who's friends with former US Senators, State Senators and even has gone on vacation with former State Governors... he knows VERY LITTLE about guns. He calls his Ruger Six and his Henry 357 lever action I got him, "Cowboy guns". He thought you could push a button on an AR-15 you get at the gun shop and it makes it full auto. He just is not educated very well in firearms. Like the last part of "military style weapons" comment you made. No one wants people running around on the streets with AR-15's, AK-type weapons, etc. on the streets. But you should be allowed to own one if you can legally own one. The AR platform (I say that because you can get AR's in about every caliber) is the MOST POPULAR hunting rifle in the country. We deer hunt with AR-10's, hog hunt with AR-300 AAC Blackouts, small game hunt with .22LR (which you can get in an AR platform). -
CFB Playoff Expansion to 12 teams approved
ArdmoreRyno replied to YoloinOhio's topic in College Football
It is an outdated process (conference titles) but I'll never buy this "risk injury" nonsense. Why even play? How about the kids only play against teams like UL-Monroe or Arkansas State? Or how about they just play enough to show their talent then call it a year? 5 games in? Great numbers? Quit and hope to get drafted high. -
Tua ruled out vs Buffalo, Skylar Thompson expected to start

You're right, I keep forgetting it was against the Titans. -

Yes and our secondary in those games were nearly 100%, minus Tre in the first game and Hyde in the 2nd. Now? We are pretty banged up... Poyer isn't 100% (even though his 75% is better than most 100's), we lost our leading tackler for the year, Tre isn't the same as he was last year (been burned a lot and had had several flags for holding or PI), Hyde won't play. If you don't think any QB could simply use the speed of Waddle or Tyreek for a big play, not sure what to tell ya. I've watched way to much football to be completely convinced we won't struggle in the secondary. We win, by 10+ but I feel we are barely hanging on with our defense right now. -
What did you pick? I went on a limb and make a prediction. So what? I love how some people come in AFTER the fact and do this crap. Pathetic.

I hope so. We are 9th in passing yards allowed this season... and that's with one less game. -

Our secondary right now vs Waddle + Hill = I wouldn't be so sure they don't both go off again. But you can pretend the dude can't do crap against us based on a few starts in the NFL. -

ArdmoreRyno replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes... and I don't care to be honest. I've see him up front in college do the same thing... then ball out one game. They haven't used him like he should be used (duel threat). -

You're actually right. People giving you ***** for it never watched him in college. I'm sure people would also make fun of Brock Purdy before he started for the 9'ers. -

I wouldn't sleep on Skyler Thompson when he was 100%. I watched him play at Kansas State and the dude can ball. He was like Brock Purdy in the Big XII.
