  1. I agree with this. I would give Poyer a shot at starting even though he slowed down. Rapp has been playing bad I wouldn't think the safety position would be as hard to learn as dline/ lb in McD's crappy defensive scheme
  2. Cook's strength coming out of college was his pass catching ability. If true, Bills aren't taking advantage of this
  3. And basically ignores the offense more
  4. Why was Allen frustrated all night? Bad play calling? Lack of talent? Tired of game put on his shoulders? Tired of eating turf?
  5. McD now gets to use injuries as an excuse. Buys him more time. Great.
  6. I can't stand the Bills defensive scheme. Just. Doesn't. Work.
  7. I too am hoping McDermott takes over defensive play calling. I'm not a big fan of McD, but we gotta try something in the short-term. But still, Bills won't field a decent defense until they get rid of this hybrid nickel base defense. This won't change unless McD is gone. I hate this scheme.
  8. I know him! He's the guy in those Corona commercials with Snoop Dog!
  9. A couple points I haven't read on forum about defense affecting the offense..... 1)The bills offense practices against our own defense. So if the bills defense is poor tackling it can affect our offensive play calls. For example...I did not like that 4th and 2 run with shakir. It looked like it had no chance. But maybe in practice it was working well against our own D? 2) Also, the Bills run a unique defense which is base nickel. Again, Bills offense is practicing against this. How much practice do they get if any against typical 4-3/3-4 defenses? So how much does the bills defense affect the offense and offensive play calling?
  10. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Cook's strength coming out of college was he was good at catching the ball? Would like to see Cook flanked out wide once in a while. Keep him in on more 3rd downs.
  11. It was frustrating that we didn't take advantage when Miami lost their 2nd cb to injury. Instead we ran the ball.
  12. Admit I thought TO stood for time outs and was gonna be another McDermott thread😆
  13. Now that the Bills' schedule is very easy, I'm hoping the bills really put Bosa on a minimal snap count so he (hopefully) stays healthy. He's really been dominant.
  14. Definitely possible. It was Vince Carter who announced the info.... https://www.buffalobills.com/news/mlse-and-buffalo-bills-announce-partnership-to-engage-canadian-fans-and-grow-the-game-of-football
  15. Gonna be awkward between Keon and Poyer?
  16. It sure looked like the Bears were purposely taking advantage of Hamlin
  17. That's an to interesting idea actually. Would be interesting to see it tested out in preseason games
  18. Outcoached. Experienced vs inexperienced. Let's not overthink this.* *Feel free to copy/paste this post as it applies to almost every thread on this forum
  19. What triggers the sky judge is an absolute mystery to me. They need to set rules/standards for the sky judge to keep things fair. I'm just talking in general about it.
  20. I completely agree. Especially on defense though. I could argue Milano was that guy when he was in his prime. But he's not anymore.
