  1. Team messed up, doctor messed up, Tua messed up. Just a crap showing all around. The league needs to do better.
  2. Miami acted like a team feeling they had to risk it all for every regular season win. fortunately the Bills staff are comfortable keeping the overall picture and goal in mind when dealing with risky decisions like injuries. Miami looks foolish right now. I don’t think they were deliberate in lying to shut down risk, they were ignorant to what the risk was in an effort to win their super bowl (week 3 against us) and then stay atop the division.
  3. Miami Coach not really doing a good job expressing knowledge around head injuries "I dont think an injury he sustained last week made him fall the way he did today and cause his injury" Well.... if he had a concussion 5 days ago, and his brain was already f'd up, and he whacks his head again... that's no bueno. Also - not that I expect football analysts to understand injury carryover, but does no one on the panel understand that just because he was released today that doesnt mean he is "healthy" and safe?
  4. Dolphins are 3-1, but really should be 1-3. You play the games to play the games, they are in fact 3-1, but they are a WEAK 3-1 team. Wild card team most likely - 9-10 wins. And that's if Tua comes back soon (which he absolutely should NOT)
  5. Florida heat is no joke. I live in Tampa, and I try to run 3-5 times a week. From May-October I only run either before 9 am or after 9 pm. If you try to run between those times you literally cant breath after a mile. I play a lot of rec sports with my brothers. Football games last 30 minutes max before guys start tapping out for breaks. The Bills were banged up, depleted, and in the worst conditions they could be in. Rex Ryan said it best this morning - the heat was the biggest factor yesterday, and the Bills are still clearly the best team in the league.
  6. Right I’m be same way. The game was the game. But I hate the idea of rushing head injuries in any capacity
  7. I thought Hamlin played well actually. Johnson looked like he struggled.
  8. So I thought I heard the broadcast team say 89, so maybe just a small mishearing. Field does tend to be a bit warmer, but unless it’s July or August, that field is never close to Miami in September. for reference, I was on the field for a work event in July and I had no issues while out there for about 2 hours. Miami’s stadium is built to make the away team feel the heat, that not Raymond James
  9. Also, look at what injuries are doing to the Bucs in their game. Offense can’t generate anything, and the Packers are crushing them. Bills we’re crippled today and played a close nail biter finish. This team is still the best in the league. Just weren’t healthy today
  10. I’ll be pissed at the NFL if they find out Miami claimed Tua had a back injury to cover up his head injury and get him back out there
  11. I live in Tampa - its 88 out.
  12. I mean I guess we can never know, but I’m thinking injuries pushed the playcall towards keeping the ball in Josh’a hands. RPO on second down, gets stuffed. Drop back on third and fourth. Just didn’t execute. if they have a healthy line? Maybe they try a more conventional run on second or third. I guess we will never know
  13. If I’m not mistaken, we were down 4 starting Oline at that point in the game. I’m not shocked they tried an RPO, and then pass pass. injuries before the game short handed us, injuries during the game killed us
  14. Personally, if the Bills weren’t missing 4 of their 5 OL they run the ball on the goal line. I think injuries DURING the game killed us
  15. You could tell the offense was EXHAUSTED in the 4th quarter Diggs looked especially gassed. I saw him crawl off the field during the last drive he was so cramped. Bills were the better team, but didn’t execute on a few key plays. players who I thought played well: Hamlin Edmunds Elam Rousseau Gilliam those guys stepped up. Unfortunately our injuries were too much to overcome
  16. Reminds me when the Bills picked off Brady five times and won on the last second field goal. Remember how Bills fans thought that was the turning point? the better team didn’t execute, and it cost them. Can’t wait for the rematch. the Dolphins are a wild card team at best. They aren’t a better team and their ceiling week to week is MUCH lower than the Bills
  17. I can appreciate that, but if the bills execute or have proper personnel, this is a blowout. I’m more focused on games where I think we peak in execution and still lose compared to games where we are down double digit players and just barely lose
  18. Fine, great teams shouldn’t lose any games… so that’s why great teams are always undefeated. im always optimistic, but I’m a realist too. The Bills were down plenty of players, playing on a short week in a volcano. They should have won in a vacuum, but this is football, super bowl champions do in fact lost games. we lost because we missed opportunities. Would you rather we are blown out when we lose? Bills are still the best team in the league, this was the patriots game from last year part two
  19. What are we defining as close? Rams game was tied at half, we dominated them in the second half. you mean one score games? Yea we’ve been 0-7 recently. But this team will win plenty of games. let’s stop overreacting
  20. People sure love to overreact to one game. Down 5 defensive starters down our Center 3 muffed snaps - one costing us a field goal opportunity out gained them 2:1 offense was literally crawling back to the sidelines after plays they were so tired Allen missed one big throw this game, it cost them Milano dropped Int i mean guys Cmon… let’s calm down
  21. Better team lost. Doubled time of possession, doubled output. Everything had to go right for Miami to win, and it did. That won’t happen again reminds me of patriots game last year.
  22. 3 straight runs. we’ve been moving the line
  23. Lack of Morse showing here. we’ve been a second half team all year, I expect us to come out reorganized and ready to go
  24. Going to be a true test for Miami now. Your QB just got hurt. How do you respond at home in a tight game?
