  1. "They don’t really expect any funny business here," Fowler said. "They do believe they have this resolved.”

“I was told pretty adamantly that Diggs would not have been there for that minicamp practice on the field had he not felt that they were in a little better of a place than they were before that Tuesday,” Fowler said. “I do sense that things are positive, and I’m told the Bills fully expect him for training camp."

My lil bro was likely in charge of separating your wings from flats and/or putting your bleu cheese into a a container in the back. His shift started at 5 pm.

To your question, OP, I do not think it changes as far as Bills stuff during the season. Bar Bill in EA usually looks the same as far as interior decorating goes from what I recall. (My favorite is their “Rehab is for Quitters” sign in the men’s room.)

Oh, bro, we must’ve just missed him. We ordered at around 4 PM.

Since your brother works there, do you know why they don’t put up Bills stuff?

  3. As some of you know, I’m a die-hard who lives on the West Coast. My family and I are going to the Bills, Chargers game in December. Woohoo!

For those that live in the Buffalo area, you know this already, but you have a keeper.

Their original wings were amazing. WOW!!! The blue cheese was great too. Loved the vibe as well.

Question for Bills Mafia who live in the area:

I was surprised that they didn’t have a lot of Bills stuff up. I think I only saw one Bills sign that was lit up in the whole place.

Does that change during the season? Is there more Bills stuff up?

    Go Bills!!!

  4. “The Buffalo Bills were named the team in the NFL with the ‘greatest burden of expectation’ on them heading into the NFL 2023 season.

But 2023 could be a sweet spot for Sean McDermott’s team. The Bills have played their best when being the perceived underdog.“

Objectively, this is the best Bills team since the '90s - and possibly better than those teams.

It's the 1st time in the JA era that I feel like there is real balance on the team.  There really aren't any weak units.  The O-line should be vastly improved w/ the acquisitions - and I'm incredibly excited to see us FINALLY have a run game that doesn't rely on Allen.  I don't think some fans here understand yet how good Harris can be when healthy.

I'm stoked. Especially since the unanimous opinion in the rest of NFL fandom & punditry is that the Bills are "taking a step back" this year.

    Good thoughts, Success.

I told my kids that, because of the gauntlet of a schedule we have, we may have a worse record than last year (regular season, of course) and still have a better team this year.

Of course, if they do have a worse record, you’ll have some say that they did take a step back just because of the worse record instead of including the context of our super tough 2nd half schedule.

    This was a nothing burger.

McD should have been more careful w/ his words to the press.  That kind of fueled the frenzy we saw in the past 24 hours.

Hey Success! This isn’t a combative post, I love your takes and thoughts. This is a thought on the other side of the coin.

While I agree that a leader of an organization needs to be careful about what they say, I believe this has more to do with us humans assuming way too much and not letting the process play out (I do get that there’s been concern for awhile about Diggs though).

Just in the last 24 hours, here are some takes on the possible reason Diggs didn’t show up for one day of mandatory minicamp (not saying you're saying any of this):

-Mad at JA because of the Cinci game because JA was off and barely threw to him

-Mad at JA because of the Cinci game because of girlfriend issues

-Mad at Dorsey because of the Cinci game

-Mad at Dorsey because of the 2nd half of 2022

-Mad at how the Chad Hall situation was handled

    -Doesn’t like the 2023 playbook

-JA did him wrong because of a supposed ex

-JA did him wrong because of Diggs’ friend’s ex

-Envious over the rep JA has because he feels he should have that rep instead of JA

-Mad at Beane because no Hopkins

My biggest issue with the rookies is ole #22, Sean McDingleberry. His arcane propensity for simply NOT playing rookies is maddening, yet it continues. So even counting on them is foolish. Ergo, with the exception of a couple FA OL, there is no realistic reason to think this team will be better. I have no delusions of grandeur that we’ll be in the SB this season.

btw, #22 is too high, imo.

Chandler, while you’re hard on some posters, you typically have a positive outlook on all things Bills. I realize positivity doesn’t mean no critique, but these comments seem out of character for you. You’re usually one of the ones keeping very negative posters at bay.

What’s the reason for the change in outlook?

FFS, now you guys are critiquing what he's wearing??

Even as my income and wealth has grown over the years, I’m still a T-shirt and jeans guy. It’s a style for some people.

The drop off from Diggs to our next best target is huge. Teams can target Diggs without too much concern of the supporting cast. The addition of Hopkins will also make Diggs even more dangerous.

While I definitely agree with you, I believe the person who will benefit most from DHop is Davis. It puts him back at #3 where he is the most dangerous.

Case in point, the KC playoff game.
