I get it shouldn't have been that close. However, the Bucs got a lot of bounces that went their way. They got a lot penalties that went their way. In the end, the Bills won the game and that's all that really matters.

I'd rather focus on how the offense played and looked different than the past three games. I'd rather look at how encouraging the offense was due to using Allen's legs and utilizing Kincaid, Shakir, Cook, and Davis. Diggs didn't have to carry the offense.

    I agree, bro.

I rewatched some of the game with my son. There were literally like 6-7 things that happened in those final two drives where if one of those things went the Bills way, the outcome would’ve looked differently.

I was encouraged by the offense as well. They looked really good and played with a great pace. They can continue to build on this moving forward.

The boxscore doesn’t reveal how good we played. If one of those six or seven things go our way (which most times at least one of them would have), the end of the game would’ve revealed what really happened which is that we outplayed them by a pretty good amount.

Terrell Bernard on Defense. He is due for another big day!

TB is 27th in passing yards allowed this year and 33 year old, 2 sack Lavonte looks like he's collecting a paycheck. TB has consistently given up a good amount of passing yards every single game this year. Justin Fields even looked he kind of knew how to throw a football against them.

Which is why my pick is Kincaid. He had a great game last week despite the general misery. Thinking first 100 yard game and at least 1 TD.

Offense: Kincaid.  He will keep the defense honest, and allow long shots to Diggs and Davis.  Now, if JA can hit them in stride is another issue.

Defense:  Oliver.  He seems to create opportunities for the DEs, who were utterly silent against the worst offense in the league.  Second pick: Bernard.

This one was close because there was three WRs that played pretty evenly. So, I went with who the announcers said the player of the game was.

They picked Dalton Kincaid. Congratulations to everyone of you that picked him. Also, he had his first TD in the NFL in front of Bills Mafia. That’s awesome.

Offense - Tyler Bass"-o-Matic".  Bills will need him once they cross the fiddy.

Defense - Kaiir "Buy a consonant" Elam.  We'll need him to cover the 3rd and 4th receivers.

Bro, you may have not heard this yet.

@HappyDays mentioned in the weekly thread that his inside source is saying that Josh Norman is suiting up instead of Elam.

It's a short week with less game planning. There were subtle hints during the Allen and Diggs pressers Tuesday. The Bills need a spark.

I am predicting we see the Bills offense go no-huddle for significant portions of the game Thursday, and beyond.

The K-Gun was unveiled 33 years ago. It may be time for Allen's version.

The Bills offense has looked a lot better in the 2nd half the last few games with an uptempo approach. Maybe this’ll give them the spark they need.

This would also help JA read coverages better. Diggs mentioned the need for JA to have more time to assess the defense by already being lined up in his presser.

Should we call it the A-Gun?

Or, I guess since it was named after Keith McKellar, our TE at the time, we should call it the D-Gun after Dawson/Dalton.

  5. We've all known for awhile that we need someone else to step up besides Diggs. Even in our losses, he has had good games.

While I don't like that Dawson Know and Quinton Morris are injured and out, this could be a way to establish Dalton Kincaid as a legitimate weapon (it started in the Pats game).

With the kind of offense the Bills are trying to install, it's imperative that the Bills have someone opposite Diggs that can be relied upon when he's double covered or even doesn't have the best of games.

Look for DK2 to be the person on Thursday night to get the crucial conversions to keep drives alive and the momentum going. I'm going with 9 catches for 93 yards, one of those being his first ever TD in the NFL and in front of Bills Mafia. Hopefully we'll even see him in the slot role since our two other TEs are out for the game as maybe we're forced to play more 11 personnel instead 12 personnel.

  7. BB’s specialty is to take away your best player and he’s just not able to typically do it with #14. Just like with JA, for some reason, BB just doesn’t have an answer for him.

So, I’m going with Mr. Patriots and BB killer, Stefon Diggs. JA and him will click early and often which will establish an early and mounting lead.

With Oliver being out, our best defense will be our offense scoring early and not taking their foot off the gas. With Diggs’ dominance affecting the scoreboard, this’ll force the Pats run game to be kept somewhat at bay since they’ll be having to play catch-up the whole game and throw more than they want to.

    Diggs for 9-117-2TDs

This is finally the last of visiting Arrowhead every regular season. For 2024, 2025, and 2026, the Bills will face the AFC west team that matches them (has been the Chiefs for 3 years) in Buffalo (24 & 25) and then will host the Chiefs in 2026 guaranteed, when we play the AFC west again.

Similarly, we will be at Cincinnati in 2022 (AFCN rotation), 2023, and 2024 (if we finish in the same spot as them this year, it could be @ Baltimore or Cleveland or Pittsburgh). But will then play home vs Cinci in 2025, and then potentially 2026 and 2027

Thanks for sharing. Yes, totally get this and know that the schedule has been set for years.

It’s just crazy that because of where everyone placed last year (and the London decision) that we only play one division winner at home out of the five games we play against division winners this year.

You would think with nine home and eight away games, if there was any imbalance, it would've been that we would've only played one division winner on the road. But because of where everyone placed last year, along with the London decision, we get one home game against a division winner.

Like I said though, if anyone can do it, why not us. Go Bills!

  9. I’ll start out by saying that it's not that the NFL has something against the Bills as the structure of the schedule has been out for years at this point.

When the schedule first came out, it was apparent that most of the Bills harder games were on the road. But tonight, I realized that out of FIVE games that we play against DIVISION WINNERS, we only play ONE at home. And, that one at home happens to be the easiest team of all five:

-Jags - at maximum this was a neutral field game, but it definitely wasn't a home game and most likely favored the Jags

-Bucs - our one home game

       -Bengals - on the road

       -Eagles - on the road

       -Chiefs - on the road

And like I mentioned, it's not the NFL messing with the Bills. You could argue the "experiment" of the Jags playing two games in a row was them messing with us but some team had to play that role.

It really came down to a set of unfortunate circumstances. Since the schedule has been out for years, it came down to where teams placed last year. For instance, say the Raiders would've won the division last year. Since it was their turn to play us in OP, that would've been a division winner that we would've played in Buffalo. Or, if the Cowboys would've won the division last year, since we're playing them in OP this year, that would've been another division winner we would've played at home.

You would think with nine home and eight away games, if there was any imbalance, it would've been that we would've only played one division winner on the road. But, because of where everyone placed last year (and the London decision), we only play one division winner at home.

I'm not necessarily scared to play these teams on the road as Buffalo can beat any of them. We've beat the Chiefs twice in two years, the Eagles look very beatable and the Bengals are not the team they were last year (at least not at this point). It's just crazy that with nine home games, we only play one division winner at home.

If anyone can overcome it though, why not us. Go Bills!

  10. Tyrod has aged so you can take the "mobile' out of T-mobile. The Giants starting LT and C are out. And, the Giants don't have a lot of playmakers outside of Barkley (who is questionable for the game). For these reasons, our DL should eat and eat well, especially our EDGE rushers.

So, I'm going with Leonard Floyd. He has had a great year so far and that'll continue on Sunday night. He'll have one or two sacks, a forced fumble and a few pressures that'll disrupt TT's timing.

    Yeah, I mean...

There's a world of difference between saying "Any given Sunday. I like the Bills' odds in this one, they SHOULD win it, but I acknowledge that they could lose" and saying "I'm not confident in this one. Based on last week's display, Buffalo could struggle to move the ball. They'll be lucky to be a Wild Card this season".

There's acknowledging parity and upsets and "any given Sunday", and then there's overreacting to a loss and saying that the Bills are gonna struggle to beat a team like the Giants. The former is logical and reasonable and I have no problem with it. The latter is reactionary, hyperbolic "prisoner of the moment" stuff, and you see a ton of it around these parts after a loss.

No wonder they call you, Logic. 🤣

O - Mitch Morse. Line calls and adjusting protections will be key.

D - Po. Huge INT to seal the deal sometime during the game.

From your score prediction in your thread, I’m assuming this INT will be earlier on in the game. Maybe it’s close for a little while, just like it was against the Dolphins, and then Po’s INT is what’ll take the rails off for the Jags.

Amirite? Is that what you’re thinking, bro?

    Go Bills!

  13. We’ve scored 139 points and the Jags have scored 80 points. That’s a 59 point differential!

We’ve allowed 55 points and the Jags have allowed 82 points. That’s a 27 point differential!

Here’s the point total that shows how dominant we’ve been though. We’ve scored 139 points and of only given up 55 points for a point differential of 84 points. Which means, our point differential (84) is bigger than the amount of points (80) the Jags have scored during the 2023 season so far. That’s pretty impressive.

I know it doesn’t work this way, but just counting our point differential and their points scored, we’d still win the game 21-20. Wow!

    Go Bills!

  14. Even with injuries to Groot and Tre, I think our D is going to play well. I don't believe the Jags will be able to get into a shootout with the Bills, due to them not having a great offense combined with us having an excellent D.

Really, the biggest chance I see that the Jags have of pulling this off is by disrupting our O through their Josh Allen. It's been really nice to see our O-line play well this year.

My impact player is Dion "the Shnowman" Dawkins. He'll keep the Jags' Josh Allen at bay to where he won't be dominant or at least not be a significant factor in disrupting or stopping our offense. It may not be a blowout, but with Dion taking their Josh out of the game as well as other defensive players, he'll neutralize and take away one of the only chances the Jags have to keep this close and pull this off. The Bills win by 10+ points.

  17. Raiders 1-0 - We won 38-10

    Commanders 2-0 - We won 37-3

    Dolphins 3-0 (and coming off a 70-20 win) - We won 48-20

We've beat every single undefeated team by FOUR or more TDs!

We've outscored these undefeated teams by a combined total of 123-33. A 90 point differential!!!

Sheer domination all the way around.

Now on to the QB that was supposedly "broken" after one week:

Stats (after the Jets game) compliments of @Robb Riddick:

    Passing Yards: 821

    CMP%: 76.8

    Passing TDs: 8

    INT: 1

    RTG: 121.0

Rushing Yards: 70 Rushing TDs: 2

He had more TDs today than incompletions!

    Simply dominating. Go Bills!

  19. With permission from @Freddie's Dead, here’s the game balls from our awesome win against the Dolphins.

As @Freddie's Dead likes to do, JA gets an obligatory game ball. That said, what a game he had. He had more touchdowns (5) than incompletions (4). JA is definitely not broken!

On offense - Stef Diggs - 3TDs (nuff said)

On defense - Micah Hyde with the back breaker interception and Groot with three TTs, two sacks and one pass defensed.
