While it still has a long way to go, Camden is cleaning up VERY nicely. the waterfront is nice with the BB&T, Sixers Facility, Baseball Stadium, Aquarium. There are restaurants popping up there. Rutgers and Cooper are building the area up. but you still have that line that is still some of the scarier parts i have ever been in, but they are putting forth the effort and it is very noticeable.

Look, i know the PC crap can get out of control, but no one here knows what someone else is dealing with in their lives, they may have a gay child, they may have a family member that struggles with addictions, they may have an acquaintance that is dealing with mental health issues. These words diminish people and it makes it harder to face it in an open manner. We are in the 2010's for chirstsakes. We are all people trying the best we can to get through each day, we don't need words attached that might have negative connotations and further add to any sort of stigma. OK, off my soapbox. Go Bills, and yes, I am very happy for my new home region of Philadelphia and their fans.

why does boeheim have players on the bench if he isn't going to use them...i get that sidibe might be hurt, but he seemed fine the other day, there was no report that he wouldn't play, he's got a player that comes from a pretty prolific, but albeit minor school, but they all made this team for a reason you would think. I get that this has been his M.O for 42 years but these players have to be gassed, if you are going to be down by 21 you may as well give some players a rest for a few minutes and give these guys some gametime to hone their skills. Boeheim has forgotten exponentially more basketball than i have ever learned, but come on. His son better be the next coming of Carmelo or Pearl because he probably should have moved aside and let Hop take over a couple years ago.

I had one of those drinking before sunup days yesterday....stopped by the wing bowl at 615AM per my boss' request, then was in line for 7AM groundhog day beer and breakfast event at a great beer spot in NE Philly. Kind of funny when your drinking day ends at 9AM, and when i say 'ends' it simply meant i needed to get a midday nap in to meet friends out at 4. This was after being at a Greensky Bluegrass concert at Fillmore Philly until 1AM the night before......

i am battling the exact same thing...it is debilitating at times and it doesn't seem to get better...mine happened around october/november, it even hurts to the touch at times. it has caused me to lose 100% of the little motivation i had to drag my fat ass to the gym

how would you search for a realtor? What tools would you use to do some preliminary legwork? Is there any difference between Zillow, Realtor etc? I was given a name of a realtor from a former friend, she didn't seem to be concerned with helping someone in my 'price range'. I reached out to a friend/acquaintance who is a realtor and getting an appointment was a struggle, then when we finally settled on a meeting, she didn't show. Both coincidentally were with the same Berkshire Hathaway firm. I am hoping to find something by July. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
