  1. Anyone listen last week when a guy called (I think his name was Lewis) and pretty much told what everyone thinks, the morning show has turned into trash? It was a great call, and of course, Jeremy got so defensive because only his opinion is the correct one. You could almost hear it in Howard's voice that the guy was correct, and he was just glad he's retiring. I'm not sure if Howard had March 3rd as the date since he went to part time, but it wouldn't surprise me if after that day, he set the date of his permanent retirement. I hope WGR executives were listening to the call and maybe it will spark something. The network needs a whole new re-work. I listen to other cities a lot, and Buffalo's morning show is truly one of the worst. Most of it is because of Jeremy, he just doesn't really try. He just gets on the radio for a couple hours a day, and that's it. Howard put a lot of preparation into the show. Way too much personal talk from Jeremy. I just don't care about his personal hobbies like golf attire or some fantasy league. Joe is a pretty good side kick. The network needs a new host, Jeremy just can't do it. They also need a permanent 3rd person. The cities I enjoy listening to most, have 3 to 4 people on the regular, one almost always being a female, sometimes even 2 females. It really helps to balance and provide more opinions. It also allows for topics to be diverse. The WGR morning show is the same topics over and over. Rinse and repeat every day hearing the same two dudes talk about the same thing they have been talking about for the last 5 years. Not to mention the amount of breaks and re-hashing after the breaks. To put it in perspective, I restart the 6:00 am show at 7:15 am. I fast forward the commercials and the re-hashing of scores/replays of calls that they play after coming back from a commercial. By 9:00, I am back to being live. I'm listening to 3 hours worth of discussion, in an 1 hour and 45 mins. In the world of podcasts, how do they keep listeners? I listen to the 9:00 to roughly 9:30 segment, and I turn it off to listen to a podcast instead.
  2. Blame capitalism. Seriously. The never ending flight of trying to make the most money will never end. Players are now movie stars. Everything is a show. Its exhausting.
  3. Not with the amount of times we throw the ball. Of course Davis and McKenzie have decent stats. They have a lot more targets than guys.
  4. The answer is YES. IMO coaches in the NFL have very little to do with a guy physically getting better, its all about a guy mentally getting better. Davis continues to catch like a gator mouth. It's a mental mindset that the coaches should have been getting on him about.
  5. That was an issue. Too much of a friend to these young WR. Did Davis, Shakir, and McKenzie improve their mental mistakes throughout the year? He wasn't hard enough on these guys. They needed to know that the constant mental errors would not be tolerated.
  6. What a joke. 9-7-1 this year. Negative point differential. 3rd place in own division. Beat 2 playoff teams all year. Daboll took the team from bad to mediocre. What happened to awards going to great teams?
  7. Worst part about this whole story was that I read in an article that all his foundation really did was give the net amount (collected minus overhead) to another organization. So now your donation is being cut into even more with that organization's "overhead". A true scam Mr. Wilson was running. It's not uncommon, but these "charities" have been a way for Athletes to funnel money to their friends and family for many, many years.
  8. Many HC also runs their respective sides of the ball, including the two teams in the Super Bowl.
  9. I would love to see if the issue is Frazier or if Frazier is just a puppet to McDermott and his D is really the issue.
  10. Bills had a chance to promote him last year when they needed an O line coach and they thought otherwise. There have been hundreds of guys that have played with Dante over the years he coached. Is there any that have been a good coach?
  11. Would be smart to get rid of Frazier and make McDermott the DC, with Holcomb as his assistant.
  12. Brain damage from cardiac arrest, is pretty much the same thing as a stroke. In both situations, the brain isn't getting the necessary blood supply. Lots of times heart problems will lead to a stroke.
  13. There are so many safeties on the list: 4. S JESSIE BATES III, CINCINNATI BENGALS 18. S JORDAN POYER, BUFFALO BILLS 24. S CHAUNCEY GARDNER-JOHNSON, PHILADELPHIA EAGLES 45. S VONN BELL, CINCINNATI BENGALS 47. S JIMMIE WARD, SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS 60. S TAYLOR RAPP, LOS ANGELES RAMS 61. S JULIAN LOVE, NEW YORK GIANTS 66. S JUAN THORNHILL, KANSAS CITY CHIEFS 71. S DONOVAN WILSON, DALLAS COWBOYS 78. S ADRIAN AMOS, GREEN BAY PACKERS 92. S RODNEY MCLEOD, INDIANAPOLIS COLTS 94. S DEVIN MCCOURTY, NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS 95. S MARCUS EPPS, PHILADELPHIA EAGLES 96. S DURON HARMON, LAS VEGAS RAIDERS
  14. But he isn't taking a break to rest elbow, he's golfing for 3 to 4 consecutive days.
  15. Your QB has terrible pocket awareness. That's what its saying. But people will continue to blame the O line. For some reason, Allen can do no wrong on this board.
  16. 7 of his teammates are going, yet he just leaves them hanging to go golf? Where is the support for the lineman and WR that were there for you all season?
  17. PFF. Hahaha. Never ever use that as a guide for anything. We had a better running game and Allen held onto the ball longer in pocket. What more do you want from an oline? The QB needs to be held accountable for missed assignments too. He needs to pre-read the defense and make adjustments before the ball is snapped.
  18. Bradley Chubb's best years in Den, were without Fangio. Dolphins do some dumb stuff.
  19. Holding out some hope of some bigger changes with this still not being announced by the Bills.
  20. You don't like the solution of moving Tre to Nickel CB and Taron to Safety? Taron plays a lot like Poyer and Tre coming out of college was viewed as an inside/outside guy, but some thought he was strictly an inside guy. If you look over his tape in college, he played mostly inside CB.
