  1. We do have a history of going 4-0 against NFC divisions. But, here is why we are DOOOOMMMEEEDD!!! Prime Time + West Coast. Yes, we shook the West Coast Monkey from our backs, but still not easy for us. You add Prime Time, Ha! We are spectacularly bad during those games. BBFS here for you
  2. Damn it! Did you beat me to the Lorax avatar? I may have to change mine now.
  3. I think Blanton will see some more field time for Gronk. While I agree we need help covering him, no one ever truly does. Dareus is supposed to take up multiple blockers and free up your pass rushers. We need that. Now, to see if it happens
  4. They weren't loaded when they went 3-1. Injuries happen
  5. Shady looks to be out. We win this game, we need to figure out where the Rex statue goes. It's gonna be bad....
  6. I don't hide my opinions of Rex very well, but I've also said that I wouldn't make any final opinions on his fate until the season is over. However, these are some points that stick out for me so far: He's accountable for our 0-2 start. If we win those games, like we are supposed to, then we are very much in control of our playoff destiny. You get graded on the whole season, not your recent 4-1 record. It's easy to get caught up in the moment. He absolutely influenced the draft decisions, so he owns our lack of depth at RB and WR. Shaq and Ragland are Rex picks. I'm not going to knock the picks, here at least, but he does own the final roster and it's current flaws Vikings lost AP and Teddy and still are getting it done. Injuries happen. Our 4-0 run occurred with injuries everywhere. It doesn't give you a total free pass. If ever there was a season to steal a playff spot, it's this one. There really isn't a dominant team out there in the AFC besides the Pats. I think Rex has gotten better this year, but we have to stop accepting 8-8. If we lose out on the playoffs via tie-breaker but we are right there in it, I will listen to the idea of keeping him. I agree that we can't keep trying. But I'm not going to talk about his job security halfway through the season.
  7. Really frustrating. No matter how great he is on the field, this is a recurring theme with him. If this is going to be the style offense we run, we need to prioritize a rb in the draft and get a solid one, not a rotational guy.
  8. It makes sense and even the media sees it. This means we definitely won't do it
  9. I didn't think he looked that great last week, but those are just my eyes
  10. I'd assume the Saints did that, hence the money. He also couldn't crack time on the field with Seattle with their crap rb situation. I think the answer has been made.
  11. Yeah, it's been conflicting reports for the past 18 hours
  12. I've said !@#$ Dareus more than any other two combined words this season. HOWEVER, if he finds a way to get us to 4-3 over the next 7 games and erase the misery from our 0-2 start, then he will be forgiven.
  13. I think it's in the same way Roman is a head coach in waiting....
  14. Nice break down. I like these a lot. The slant throw to Goodwin was definitely catchable. The throw aways, I see those as smart and not errors. Overall, what most of us have been saying, didn't lose and didn't win the game.
  15. I can't see any of MAJBobby's posts, but I'm going to assume he's turned into this in a TT bashing discussion.
  16. This is the most depressing thread of the week. Our situation is pathetic at WR
  17. Seconded. Smith is a legit 1/2 receiver. Gives us insurance for Sammy and added stability to a position we have none. It's ridiculous if they aren't trying to make something work there
