  1. John Brown has always been injury prone, I have a hard time seeing him living up to his contract next season. The issue with cutting him is that I don't see how we replace him with another free agent who we'll have to overpay for. How is this year's wide receiver draft class? That might be the only option here.
  2. Our O-line was good all year when pass blocking but completely fell apart last night. Our receivers could not get open either, we can’t run the ball so we were basically screwed. And then the defense couldn’t stop anything which has happened a few times this year. Not our day.
  3. I wouldn’t be opposed to this, everyone thinks you can get an RB anywhere because of undrafted guys like James Robinson but the majority of good RBs are taken in the first two rounds of the draft.
  4. I’ll never get over that drop by Singletary, what a killer. TJ Yeldon fumbled one time and got benched for two years, what a waste, he’s reliable with his hands which is what we need.
  5. Chiefs get the ball now so let’s say we’re down 28-12 early in the third quarter.
  6. Not surprised with those stats. Buffalo and KC were both slinging the ball all year and never really game planned to run the ball except for a couple games. KC destroyed us on the ground, I don’t think that happens again. I doubt CEH is back and their other RBs are pretty average.
  7. I would love to see some designed runs for Allen this game. I know a lot of people here despise them but he’s good at it, let him rumble down the field.
  8. I do like the line at the end - the Bills are on the 'can't hate list'. Seriously, how could anyone hate the Bills?
  9. I love how he says ‘why not?’ at the end, there’s a million reasons why this would never happen.
  10. If we ignore Cowherd, will he eventually just go away? He's an absolute idiot that was given his own show, why do people listen to him..
  11. Allen hopefully getting some juicy intel from Wyatt Teller about the Chiefs, or just Teller saying good luck maybe...
  12. While Singletary and Moss aren't elite, they're both pretty solid players on rookie deals. I don't see the need to draft one in 2021, there will be lots of good RBs the next year, and the year after that, just wait until we absolutely need one.
  13. Anyone know if there were any Tyler Bass interviews after the game? Both kicks that he missed basically went straight as an arrow, I'm thinking he adjusted for the wind but they just didn't change direction. OR he just straight up missed them. I'm betting we will need him to land some big kicks against KC so hopefully he crushes them.
  14. Our defense was quite bad up until our week 11 bye, they played decent D against the Jets both games but most of the other games were bad. We had a couple turnovers in games that really saved us (Norman forced fumble on Waller vs Oakland, and Zimmer forced fumble on Cam Newton). Then after the bye we were solid against Chargers, San Fran, Pittsburgh, Denver, New England, and Miami. We pretty much locked all those teams down no problem. They did not look good against the Colts though, part of this was probably due to the Colts O-line being very good. But I agree, our defense has actually been good lately and are being underrated just because of the bad game against the Colts. I think we can definitely stop Lamar too, that's all we have to do really, he cannot throw the ball.
  15. Lamar was pretty bad against New England in the rain, I think any kind of bad weather is good for us.
  16. Tank for Tua was a big thing for Dolphins fans though, I feel like they would have rioted if Herbert was the pick over Tua. I bet that was in their minds when they made the pick.
  17. I remember him losing a fumble last year against Cincinnati but I don't remember the fumble this year. It happened against Tennessee but I don't remember it at all, he didn't lose the ball on that one at least.
  18. I'd love to hear the Miami war room debate about Tua vs Herbert last year. Miami fans were absolutely dying to get Tua and would have been crushed if they took Herbert. I wonder if the fan's craziness for Tua had anything to do with the pick, or am I just dumb for thinking the teams care what the fans want...?
  19. I just hope Singletary gets the majority of the RB touches, he looked very good against Baltimore last year when we met. If Singletary went down then I’d rather it be Yeldon in there, he’s got the playoff experience.
  20. Allen should get paid the most and the longest term. Does Baltimore want to give Lamar a 10 year deal? That seems very risky for them given his style of play, something like a 4 year deal would make more sense. I think Mayfield is pretty average but he’ll probably get significantly overpaid like most QBs. I don’t think Allen gets Mahomes money unless he wins the Super Bowl, then give him whatever he wants.
  21. Yeah most QBs would have just taken the sack on the play where he fumbled and it would be over. Allen just will not give up though, it's great but can be an issue too. Just gotta accept that this can happen but he often breaks free and makes a huge play.
  22. I've only seen speculation that he is likely done for the playoffs with the ankle injury. I thought blocking was one of his strong points..
  23. Not going to lie, John Brown has bugged me ever since he didn't get his feet in bounds on that perfect sideline thrown from Allen against the Texans last year, that drove me crazy. He has to step up next week against Baltimore.
