There’s tons of interest. Literally the one thing pretty much everybody on this board can agree on is that CB is by far our #1 need. What a lot of people don’t realize is that we don’t HAVE to draft one in the first couple rounds given McDs track record of getting the most out of DBs. It just so happened in this one completely make believe scenario that Wilson and Hall were sticking out like sore thumbs. I guarantee that if the real draft were to shake out this way Beane would make the exact same picks.
I know Breece Hall is the correct answer here but I don’t think there’s a shot he lass til 57 in the real draft. More realistically I would freaking love to get Chenal as Edmunds replacement in 2023. Straight up beast against the run and as a blitzer with the athleticism needed to develop into a stud in coverage as well.
Took on and whooped the best center in college football on back to back plays.
The Christian Watson hype since the combine has gotten out of control. 40 yard dash is extremely overrated for WRs and all the reasons he was viewed as a mid round pick before the combine (route running, drops, didn’t dominate FCS) still exist. No idea why any team would take Watson in the first 2 rounds when they could just get Isaiah Weston on day 3.

Athlon needs to get it together cause his average big board rank is 51st and pretty much every mock since the combine has him going top 50.
Yes, Hamilton is better and it’s not even close. Hill running faster doesn’t change the fact that Hamilton has arguably the best film of any safety in the past decade. I like Hill a lot though so this isn’t meant as a slight towards him.
Tre white has struggled some with big receivers throughout his career and he was still well worth the first round pick. Not to mention that McDuffie’s 38.5” vertical (6.5” better than Tre) will help make up for his arms being 2.5” shorter on jump balls against said big receivers. Either way he’s a flat out baller (he was better than Tre was at LSU) and I’d be shocked if he even lasted til the Bills pick let alone make it past.
It’s not a stat it’s just a subjective QB power rankings
The Brady d-riders at NFL network have Tom Dilfer 1st, the back to back reigning mvp 2nd and Mahomes 7th somehow.
90% of people were wrong on Josh Allen. I think a thorough explanation from someone who watches college film as their job holds a little more weight than “multiple videos” posted on a message board.
