The Eagles acquired the No. 2 overall pick of the 2016 NFL Draft. The Browns will receive Philadelphia's No. 8 overall pick, a 3rd and 4th round selection in the 2016 draft. 2017 1st round pick. 2018 2nd round pick. The Eagles also got a conditional 5th round pick (a compensatory fourth-rounder, if available) from the Browns in the 2017 draft. That is a lot to move up.

Last year the Bears moved from 3rd pick to the 2nd pick to take Mitchell Trubisky. Bears received: No. 2 overall pick. 49ers received:. No. 3 overall pick. No. 67 (third round). No. 111(fourth round). Bears 3rd round pick in 2018. That was to move up 1 spot and we're going to move up 9 spots?!?!?!

......and Beane says he loved his draft picks. Does he love a top QB more?

Realistically, what draft picks would it take to get to 3?

Get our franchise QB (sounds great doesn't it?) in the draft this year, then sign key free agents in 2019. Beginning of a dynasty.

Everyone is excited. Awesome time of year. It's difficult to be patient, especially when there are 0 leaks coming out of OBD. That's why there are so many posts wondering what will happen. Be nice guys.

I think we'll get a good idea in the next few days, when we see what kind of QB we sign. If we sign McCarron or better, then I bet we stay put. Who knows. There are no leaks.

Not sure you're right. Lots of Eagles sites say OT is their biggest need. The most recent CBS mock has them taking an OT and lists OT as it's biggest need. "Instead, the attention on offense should be on the line, where Jason Peters is coming off a torn ACL that caused big problems once Halapoulivaati Vaitai was thrust into a starting role. Finding a second tackle to pair with Lane Johnson long-term is paramount and could be most logical use of the team's first-round pick."
