  1. Josh Allen trumps Rosen / Jackson. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000919159/article/nfl-combine-winnerslosers-josh-allen-trumps-rosen-jackson
  2. Per Daniel Jeremiah on Lauletta / Patriots: "If I were them, I wouldn’t take one in the first round," he said. As for names to keep an eye on, Jeremiah is very high on Lauletta. The Richmond QB has drawn some comparisons to Jimmy Garoppolo. “When I saw him live for the first time I thought OK, he kind of reminds me of a little bit of a suped-up version of Drew Stanton," he said. "Drew Stanton has started games in the league. He’s been in the league for a long time coming out of Michigan State. The more I watch him I think he is a better version than that. Just in terms of -- I don’t think he has one trait that is going to blow you away with arm strength, accuracy, athletic ability, all that stuff -- he’s just solid. He’s really, really good across the board. "I think [Jimmy] Garoppolo had a little bit more pop on the ball coming out. He has a little more twitch as a player overall. I don’t think he’s quite the athlete from that standpoint that Jimmy was. There are some similarities there and there’s no discernible weakness either.” Per Daniel Jeremiah on Luke Falk / Patriots: "Another name to remember is Washington State's Luke Falk, who has some similarities to Brady. “You can watch some of his mannerisms in the pocket," Jeremiah said. "He moves around like Tom and when you get to know him — I have met with him several times — that was his idol growing up, as I am sure several of these quarterbacks, Tom Brady was their idol. That is who he’s studied for a long time. You can see him adopting some of those mannerisms. He doesn’t have the arm strength that Tom has. That is the one difference between the two. Toughness inside the pocket, he’s got that, and release, mannerism and movement, he’s very similar to Tom.” Here's the link to the article: http://www.weei.com/blogs/weei/nfl-medias-draft-guru-daniel-jeremiah-not-sunday-podcast-patriots-shouldnt-draft-qb-1st?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
  3. Per Benjamin Allbrights Twitter: "Everyone who had Richmond QB Kyle Lauletta slotted as a "day 3 guy" can go ahead and move him up to day 2". Per Eric Edholm, Pro Football Weekly Twitter: "Anyone remember QB Aaron Corp? Had cups of coffee with the Bills, Cowboys and Dolphins He was Kyle Lauletta's QB coach this past season at Richmond".
  4. Buffalo Fanatics Twitter: "Draft Watch ? We have learned that the entire top admin of the Buffalo #Bills have all been in to see #Richmond QB Kyle Lauletta. We believe Lauletta would be more of a plan b option of the tier 2 QBs." https://t.co/GHHGlZgpXF Was Terry P at Indy to see him?
  5. Per Mike Mayock: " New England Patriots After trading QBs Jimmy Garoppolo and Jacoby Brissett, the AFC champs need to insert another young quarterback into an understudy role behind Tom Brady. But if the first round is too rich to do so (New England picks at No. 31 overall), potential options, per Mayock, include Oklahoma State's Mason Rudolph, Washington State's Luke Falk and Western Kentucky's Mike White. Other quarterback possibilities who Mayock called "a notch below that" include Richmond's Kyle Lauletta and Logan Woodside of Toledo". Mike White sees himself as the number 1 QB in draft: http://www.nbcsports.com/washington/video/wku-qb-mike-white-sees-himself-no-1-qb-2018-nfl-draft
  6. Would love it if the Bills and Denver tried to trade up for Rosen, and the Bills got him. Would love to piss off Elway.
  7. 6' 4"....225 lbs. Says he's one of the best passers in this class. https://www.courier-journal.com/story/sports/college/kentuckiana/2018/03/02/wku-mike-white-nfl-scouting-combine-western-kentucky-draft/380818002/
  8. Matthew Fairburn Twitter: "The Bills met with WKU QB Mike White here at the Combine. Met with them at the Senior Bowl. White said the Bills were one of his better meetings".
  9. Could, but I think Rosen fits everything Elway wants. I can't stand Elway, so it's disappointing that he's going to get what he wants. Broncos are a good team, that had crappy QB play, and now they're going to get a top QB because they had 1 crappy year. Another reason why the Giants should take the opportunity and get Eli's replacement while they can.
  10. John Elway is going to fall in love with Rosen, and Denver will be the team trading up for him. Wish we would have traded for KCs 2019 first round pick, because it's doubtful in my opinion that Mahomes does as well as Smith did.
  11. OK. WTH? 5 minutes ago I thought the guy would be Rosen. Then Rudolph. Now Jackson. This is going to be one exciting draft.
  12. You might be onto something here. This guy has Beane / McDermott written all over him. He's their kind of guy.
  13. You guys need to stop talking him up. Start making up some rumors about him, or we're never getting him. Some team wants Lamar Jackson to drop so they made up the "teams asking Jackson to try WR". I'm wondering if the Bills made up the "Rosen is a douche no one likes". He's going to end up being the 1st pick, unfortunately.
  14. I can't wait to see a "Bills have traded into the top of the draft" or "Tyrod Taylor has been traded" post by 26.
  15. I really like this article and love the way Joe B writes. After reading through this, I would be excited about any of them.
  16. So we would be left with the following: ROUND 1 Josh Rosen. ROUND 2 56th overall. ROUND 3 96th overall. ROUND 4 121st overall. ROUND 5 158th overall. 166th overall.
  17. Saquon Barkley in HS: Zeke Elliot in HS:
  18. I would love one of the top QBs, but hate the idea of giving up so many picks. Would be awesome if they take a second tier QB and he turns out great.
  19. Will this drop him some? Would love to get him.
  20. Lamar Jackson for sure.
  21. They want to see who is serious about moving up, so they can decide if they need to take a QB at one, or if they can take Barkley at 1 and a QB at 4. Would any team desperate for a QB do something like the Saints did to get Ricky Williams? The Saints traded away 8 picks, including two 1st rounders, to the Washington Redskins so they could move up from their own #12 spot in the draft to the #5 spot. Here is what the Redskins received. Year Round 1999 1st (12th Overall) 1999 3rd 1999 4th 1999 5th 1999 6th 1999 7th 2000 1st (2nd Overall) 2000 3rd
  22. I get this same sense, and then the next week, I think the opposite. Then the next week, I think they are getting into the top 5 again, and so on and so one. I guess they are doing a good job of hiding their true intentions. Realistically, what would it take to get to #2 or top 5? Is Cordy Glenn really a hot commodity that could be packaged in a deal, given his injury history?
  23. An additional article with quotes from McDermott: https://articles.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/index.ssf/2018/02/what_buffalo_bills_brandon_beane_sean_mcdermott_said_about_lamar_jackson.amp?__twitter_impression=true
