I don’t think McDermott is like guys like Levy were. Levy wanted ONLY high character guys that were also choir boys. McDermott wants guys that are talented with high character and is willing to give some guys that have had issues, a chance.

Sometimes doing something like putting a C on a guy's jersey, along with a discussion with the coach, can get a guy that younger players look up to, to live up the expectations. Considering Lawson is a "vocal leader", according to Joe B, he may get voted as a team captain by the players, since that is how they are chosen. I'm sure though, that the HC needs to approve it.

Sign Shaq. Put a C on his jersey. If he is the real deal, he won't want to let his teammates down.

I wish they would have did a SORT - YEAR - YARDS before putting that on there.

I think we need a more stout, consistent DT than Jordan Phillips. We also need an elite pass rushing DE to complement Jerry Hughes.

Hire him as a PASS GAME COORDINATOR.

I think the Bills should consider a Pass Game coordinator and Run Game coordinator like some of the high powered offenses have.

The Bills do appear to have a brutal schedule next year.

No one likes Jonathan Taylor? He’s projected to be a late 1st to late 2nd. Seems about the same projection that PSU Miles Sanders had last year, who some Bills fans on TBD wanted. Would love to get a top WR is the 1st and then Jonathan Taylor in the 2nd.

I hope they get 2 of them, plus a big, fast RB, and a few OL.

Don’t blocks facing your end zone happen all the time, but are never called? I’ve seen it on kickoffs all the time and never called. The Bills seem to get these weird calls called on them all the time. Would it happen to the Patriots. The NFL wanted Houston to win this game.

I’m sure the refs will find a way to deny her as well.

Is the Houston defender actually blind? Perhaps that’s the reason it was a blindside block and fine? This is unreal. The Bills will never win a playoff game. It’s obvious that the NFL hates Buffalo. I guess the Smoking Man on the X- Files was right and they must still be following his guidance.

So, the NFL screws the Bills over in the playoff game, and says "we stand by our calls", but now they want to look into this?

Like Case Keenum idea. I bet they keep Levi Wallace and Spain. Hope they sign a starting OL (don’t care if OG or OT). I also think Ford comes back strong in his 2nd season, as well as Knox, Oliver, Joseph, Johnson and Sweeney. I would like to see a big time pass rushing DE in free agency and also a big DT to replace Jordan Phillips...he’s too inconsistent for me. I think they draft 2 WRs, a DE, a RB, a CB, and LB at the top of their draft.
