This is THE one draft pick I hope Bills select. I like several LSU players, but Clyde Edwards-Helaire is at the top of my want list. I’m hoping they get him in the 2nd round, because I don’t think he’ll be there at their 3rd.

I’m still thankful that Elway passed on Josh Allen. I thought for sure when they didn’t trade with Buffalo, that Elway was taking him. Allen reminded me of Elway pre draft.

“Goes elsewhere” after the season? He’s a FA in 2021 right? Probably a good draft to find his replacement.

I personally feel that Beane is looking to trade up for K’Lavon Chaisson. However, if one of the top 3 WRs drop, and Beane thinks they have a chance at being ELITE, I believe he’ll pull the trigger. How many elite players do the scouts consider there to be in this draft? 10, 15, 20? I’m guessing that Beane wants a shot at one of those elite players, and it doesn’t matter if that elite player is an Edge, CB, OT, Safety, or WR. Everyone’s entitled to their opinion. That’s just mine.

Beane is Beane and he is always looking to make the roster better. Doesn’t matter when he said it. I think he’s looking for ELITE players, not bunch of middle of the road players. Allen (trade up), Edmunds (trade up), Ford (trade up), Knox (trade up), and they tried to trade for an elite WR Antonio Brown.

Hmm. Didn’t realize it was from 2018, but it’s still Beanes thoughts. I think there was another thread on here where Beane was quoted as saying he’d trade up if the board called for it. Beane said he would trade up for a guy, like Edmunds, if a talented player was dropping; a player that stood out from the rest.

Used to be a diehard Raiders fan. Read “Ken Stabler and the Oakland Raiders” book over a hundred times. I took it out so many times at the school library, that the librarian gave it to me. Kenny King, Fred Biletnikoff, Ken Stabler, Todd Christensen, Lester Hayes, Jim Plunkett, Marcus Allen, Cliff Branch, etc. were my favorites, but Dave Casper was my all time favorite. My Dad was a Bills fan. He took me to a Raiders-Bills game at Orchard Park when I was a youngster. I was in such absolute awe of the tailgate experience, stadium, and fans, that by the end of the game, I was a Bills fan. I’ve been a Bills fan ever since.

I’m just looking at YouTube vids and don’t claim to be a draft prospect expert, but this guy looks elite. I’m getting excited about the possibility of him on the Bills D. I was thinking they’d trade up for him, but if you think he’s a borderline 1st round talent, then I’d be extremely happy to get him at 22. I would go all LSU for the first 3 picks. 3 of these guys: Chaisson, Jefferson, Fulton, Edwards-Helaire.
