  1. We are the worst ranked offensive line in run blocking by a mile in the chart that this thread is about lol no one is even remotely close to as bad. could be partly a product of who we played though. LA and TEN have tough front 7s then we played Miami missing 5 offensive linemen by halftime
  2. Your point relies on the giants beating the ravens with a third string qb lol otherwise, you’re gonna prove the other sides point that injuries can lead to your team losing a game. That’s a bold move and best of luck to you! on top of that, I’d argue missing like 11 starters like we were against the dolphins is much tougher to overcome than downgrading from Daniel jones to Davis Webb
  3. I popped on the dolphins Reddit and my goodness are they delusional about the whole tua thing. Apparently they are the victim of the NFLPA trying to make an example of someone…according to them
  4. You could say the same thing about the chiefs so by your definition I don’t think there is a Super Bowl caliber team…it’s pretty rare that a team absolutely blows the doors off somebody for 4 straight quarters. It’s a game of adjustments. the chiefs destroyed two teams and didn’t look very good in their other win. Chargers were dominating against them and Herbert just made that huge mistake on the pick 6 in the end zone. I don’t even think the chiefs game will tell us much it’s still very early in the season. We spanked the chiefs in a similar situation last year then hit a rough patch
  5. Every teams is…the ravens went too far with it though is what that sentence was saying. I’m sure josh/ the bills were lobbying for calls all game so I’m not at all surprised a questionable call went our way. He was getting hit late/in the head pretty often in that game
  6. Probably equal parts his previous failed head coaching gig. Most guys don’t get multiple chances anymore. Teams seem more likely to look for a young guy these days than give a retread another shot.
  7. I’m not sure they did but they got the last one which is all anybody remembers. And that last call was more of a culmination of the ravens clearly making it their gameplan to hit josh as often as they could a lot of which were late and uncalled throughout the game. the refs were certainly not good but they were bad for both teams
  8. The coaches have plenty of time to discuss strategic adjustments in the playcalling…there’s not a whole lot of time to address the players though
  9. It’s a silly criticism of a team that won 11 games…for a team with a losing record that doesn’t win a lot of two score games it’s more meaningful
  10. Part of this one may have been the offense stopped turning the ball over on our side of the field too though lol the defense could’ve played a great 60 minutes and we’ll never know
  11. He held him for a looong time haha I think overall in the game they missed an equal number of holds for both teams but this one just had to be called imo
  12. I understand letting them play a little bit on questionable holds but you can’t let that one go lol
  13. That looks fine to me because both players have a right to try to catch the football…absolutely massive play by Andrews on that one. That’s gonna be talked about one of the great Lamar plays rather than a terrible decision because Andrews was able to deflect that ball. The hold in the bottom pic was probably the most obvious hold I’ve ever seen.
  14. They were holding all day…we got away with some too. In those games where we’re like ‘why is our defensive line invisible’ it’s because the refs are lettin them play on the offensive line 😁
  15. Yea I think harbaugh said his logic was there’s no way they stop josh in 4 down territory…Lamar was in the classic damned if you do damned if you don’t situation. If he throws the ball away on 4th down it’s a waste of a play because they were turning the ball over on downs if the pass was incomplete anyway but the interception in the end zone was devastating because we got 16 extra yards of field position
  16. It’s not all on the running backs…even when our starters are in on the offensive line we have some of the worst run blocking in the league
  17. You can’t throw an int in the end zone there though…that tilts the scales heavily towards ‘shouldn’t have gone for it’
  18. Yea that gets overlooked because people like collingsworth only want to talk about mahomes. The chiefs have one of the best offensive lines in football
  19. They are a completely different team without TJ Watt
  20. Lost a bunch of money thinking 10 was a ton against Tennessee lol
  21. I mean every team has lost outside of the eagles…and hurts is probably right there along with josh too as I’m typing that the chiefs turned the ball over on downs this mahomes guy sucks lol
  22. Welp barring a meltdown it’s looking like mahomes will be alone atop the mvp race
  23. If josh is around the top for mvp odds in the first half of the year he’s almost definitely winning it imo. Like what even is this schedule to start the season…. Rams on the road, titans at home, dolphins road, ravens road, easy ish game against the Steelers finally, then chiefs road and packers home
