The officiating is doing its best to keep this somewhat of a game lol -

He’s worried about the pass rush I think…last three teams we’ve seen pretty much all they have is a competent pass rush and the pass blocking has to hold up a little longer to pull the fake off -

They really don’t always lol idk where people get this idea from. Panthers had a drive to win it against the eagles last year, chiefs got absolutely embarrassed against the raiders two years ago and so on -

Such bs that they’re doing that again scheduling wise…even the jags players said that was a big advantage -

People overreact so much to a half of football I don’t understand it…couple good drives and that’s an easy cover still remember that game against NE where we were up at halftime and got blown out? Lol happens pretty often -

Feels like the opposite problem to me this game lol way too many deep shots imo. Bringing the RT bad matchup more into play -

That’s a big time pi or a pretty easy catch if the receiver didn’t slip…tough one to pass up -

His arm got grabbed mid throw it looked like…commentators just mostly missed it somehow 😂 -
Tua gets the bag - $53M a year

Aaron brewer has been great the last year+ whenever I see him. The dolphins make no sense tua looked even better when his offensive line was worse lol. They’re actually playing pretty decent this year which is shocking. On paper they really shouldn’t be tua looks so uncomfortable when he gets time it is bizarre -
I think the ravens have lost all benefit of the doubt with regards to the ‘better team on paper is gonna win the game’ argument their only win over the chiefs in the Lamar era was an even luckier fumble than the Henry one against us lol CEH fumbled while icing out the last minute of a game a few years back and it was the first fumble fumble of his career. 1-5 against the chiefs since Lamar on paper there’s no way the ravens lose but I have never seen a team where the ‘on paper’ matters less feels like their roster is historically great but they still lose to the bills and chiefs with regularity

I think he’s been pretty good tbh he is a bit athletically limited though for sure…we tend to gloss over the positive plays to focus on the negative and tre is the best example of that. he’s a really good depth corner for some spot starts at this stage but he’s forced into being an everyday cb2 role indefinitely right now which he’s a little bit better than ok at to my eye. Sure beats Elam getting forced into the lineup though 😂 I could see strong pushing Tre down the depth chart further with more experience but Tre knows the system well in the short term

Random talking head says something about the Bills

He’s an idiot guy 😂. I still think Josh was the 2023 mvp and guys like this didn’t vote for him because ‘turnovers’ now he is turning the ball over at historically low levels and apparently his game is still a problem? -

Bills defense is in such a weird spot as far as trying to evaluate them goes. I don’t think people read into the Baltimore game too much because the Baltimore offense is really good and people don’t read into the jets game at all because the jets offense is really bad so it really all comes down to the Miami game and Miami is straight up bizarre. Even when they get destroyed it feels like they’re converting 50-60% of their third downs. Then in some of their wins it’s all big plays and they convert like 25% of their third downs 😂I don’t understand that team at all. They’re number 1 in third down conversion rate right now and still top 5 if you remove the bills game -

Aubrey isn’t either unless you extend him for like 8 mil a year to be fair. That man is gonna get a huge contract for a kicker -
People downplay regular season success though it feels like…yea they’ll more than likely make it but if you’re battling for the wildcard/division, playoff-style football starts much earlier. that all takes a toll. that defense has been freakishly healthy in their last few playoff runs and a lot of that has to do with being able to rest key players while they coast to a division win even the year they were the 3 seed they knew the 1 seed was out of the question and the division was clinched so they got to rest guys down the stretch. If the bills were the 1 seed either of the last two years they woulda made the Super Bowl imo. Especially the year where our whole LB room got murdered against pit in the wildcard round haha

The Kelvin Sheppard thread...

I’ve gotta watch again but it seemed like the delayed contain-style blitzes were getting to him. He thought he had a lane to escape through and a second level defender would seal it quick. seemed like he was beating the more traditional blitzes pretty easily -

Kickers scare the sh*t out of me. you’d have to trade an early pick and make him the highest paid kicker in the league while eating the bass contract and despite all that he could get the yips at literally any moment 😂. -
Game week thread - Saints at Bills
Generic_Bills_Fan replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think some of that could be tua limitations though it’s really tough to say -
A team that can’t beat any of the good teams is not a sure thing to beat all of the pretty good teams imo. If they’ve truly got zero margin of error and have to beat all of Indy,Jax,Washington,Denver/lac they’re probably gonna miss. Even the raiders play them pretty tough. If the chiefs fall to a wildcard type team that jags game is hugeeee if they end up in as the 6 or 7 seed they’re gonna get a tough draw in the wildcard round too.
