SF is as close to missing the playoffs as they are to being the great team everyone expects 🤣. The discourse around them has been interesting. Arizona might block them out of the playoffs altogether The NFC north/east just have too many good teams for a wildcard to likely come out of the west

I buy that there’s less chances for holds rushing 4 but there’s definitely been plenty of egregious ones the past two weeks that have all gone uncalled. The colts first TD had an absolutely blatant hold that needs to be called 100% of the time

Ed has been badly held on pretty much every opponent td highlight 😂. These aren’t like ‘oh there’s holding on every play’ type holds. Our opponents have been getting away with egregious ones the last few weeks. No idea what that’s about. Seattle got dinged for a few holds against us then holding just became legal after that lol you’ve gotta imagine kc will continue that streak.

Schedule gets a lotttt easier if we get by kc with a win lol. SF at home after a bye isn’t an easy game by any means but the KC game is much tougher than that. Detroit still seems pretty daunting but that’s balanced out by NE x2 and a jets team that has quit KC still has pit and the chargers so there’s still plenty of hope for the 1 IF we beat them. Man if the broncos made that fg we‘d have the inside track I’d say that is brutal

Non bills teams seem to get overhyped around here based on name alone and the bills seem to get a bit under hyped because we are always trying to dig into their flaws. You could definitely support the argument bills are top 5 right now. Detroit,KC,Baltimore have definitely looked better than the bills so far but then you’ve got Minnesota who is faltering, SF,buffalo,Houston,Washington to fill out those last few spots. Teams like SF seem like they’re supposed to be better than the bills but in reality haven’t really looked it this season. and to top it off,I don’t think the bills were even top 10 at this point last year 🤣

Miami with tua and colts with Richardson benched and JT/buckner healthy are both playoff caliber teams. They just had real bad injury luck when not playing us lol. Cardinals are probably gonna win 11 games their schedule was super front loaded (would’ve been 12 if they beat us). we haven’t really played anyone when our new wr1 was acclimated and were missing most of our starting defense for that ravens blowout so it’s tough to tell where this team is ceiling wise.. those tough games were also in a back to back to back road game stretch which is a little ridiculous to begin with imo 😂. That doesn’t get talked about enough. Playing two average teams in back to back road games is tough enough

It’s been mostly luck for them this year that has pushed them from very good to 9-0. They don’t look like an unstoppable team to me by any means

Takes a ton of pressure off the lions/niners games if we beat the chiefs though. Obviously not the end of the world if we lose but it’s def important

They could theoretically be the toughest team in that division. Not seeing many losses left on that schedule i wish I was into sports betting that jets cardinals moneyline was free money idk why the cards are so slept on

Cardinals record is gonna keep getting better…that was a big win when it all shakes out imo. Their schedule was just super front loaded. I think they’re gonna be at least 11-5 against non bills teams

Yea but ‘officially’ we can’t assume we won’t lose both of those as stupid as that sounds haha. So I don’t think we can quite have an official shot to lock it up next week assuming everything goes our way the next week + but it’s very very close down to that division tiebreaker near impossibility of us losing out and the jets winning out and grabbing the division record tiebreaker at 4-2 🤣.

Yea I think the math just about checks out but not quite lol. The jets are gonna be 5.5 back with 7 to go after tonight and would be 6.5 back with 6 to go in that hypothetical. technically they could grab the division tiebreaker if something crazy happens like us losing the next 3 division games though dolphins if they lose tomorrow and next week are 2-8 with no shot at the tiebreaker and we’d be 9-2. So assuming a dolphins loss tomorrow we’d have a chance to just about lock it up if everything goes our way next week barring the jets leapfrogging us in tiebreakers.

Last three we got Miami who was absolute dogsh*t without tua so I’m not sure most of their losses mean much and Indy who started the worst qb I’ve ever seen for a big chunk of the season and got two great players back the last few weeks. These current dolphins and colts teams are probably fringe playoff teams. Seahawks are tough to gauge they might be pretty meh but it’s still a tough road trip goin by total season win loss doesn’t make a lot of sense in this case
