  1. The Bills will probably be in their all white throwbacks for their home game against the Chargers after the bye week.
  2. Say what you want about OJ as a person but his 2003 yards is the real single season rushing record. No other RB rushed for over 2000 yards in 14 games. He along with Bruce Smith are the two most talented players to ever play for the Bills.
  3. In Ralph's defense he did make a big time in 78 by getting Chuck Knox to come here from the Rams. I can't argue your point though as Ralph did make a lot of cheap hires.
  4. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/30294433/new-england-patriots-coach-bill-belichick-calls-new-york-jets-exit-one-great-moments-my-career
  5. LAC at Denver at Jets Cincinnati The only gimme I see is the Jets and that is a rivalry game so maybe the Jets put up a fight. As for the other 3 I wouldn't call any of them easy wins. Both Burrow and Herbert are playing great so I wouldn't be surprised if both teams give the Dolphins a tough game. Playing at Denver is never easy. Tua is a rookie making his 3rd start so I wouldn't be surprised if he struggles in one of these games.
  6. The Bills had some really good times during Ralph's ownership. The best although it was before my time was the back to back AFL championships in 64 and 65. The Bills were pretty good in the early 80's with Knox as well. I still think if they would have gotten by the Chargers in the divisional round then they were Super Bowl bound in 80. The Super Bowl years in the early the 90's were great times as well. The Pegula's appear to have hit a HR with McDermott and Beane. They also open up the wallet more than Ralph ever did. To early to compare. Ralph owned the team a long time and the Pegula's are in the early stages of their ownership. They appear to be doing a good job with the Bills but have failed (so far) with the Sabres.
  7. Have to be honest I think the #2 ranking is a little high. Top 5 definitely but I would have the Chiefs and Steelers as 1 & 2 in the AFC over the Bills. The NFC has some good teams (Saints, Packers, Bucs, Hawks) but I think the Bills are on their level.
  8. My guess is they will do the Bengals at Steelers. That game is a 4:25 start which usually means it's broadcast to the entire country. The Bills-Cards and Chargers-Dolphins are both 4:05 starts. These games will probably get the 2nd and 3rd announcing teams from CBS.
  9. Normally I would agree with you but not this year. NE just doesn't have the team and Baltimore is one of top teams in the AFC. If they have any hopes of trying to catch the Steelers than they can't afford to lose a game like this.
  10. The Ravens will be the one's kicking their asses this Sunday night. NE might as well say hello to 3-6.
  11. If he does then get ready to here "With the #1 pick in the 2021 NFL draft the NYJ select Justin Fields". Many of the "experts' have him right there with Lawrence in terms of talent.
  12. He will be the #1 pick and with that comes a lot of $$$$. What if he gets hurt next year playing at Clemson? I think he will enter the draft and play for the Jets. If the Jags(the Jets most serious competition) and the Jets finish tied at 1-15 then who gets the #1 pick. Jacksonville's best shot at a victory was last Sunday vs Houston. Their schedule the rest of the way is brutal so they may very well go 1-15.
  13. NE will get crushed this Sunday vs the Ravens. To barely beat the Jets shows how bad NE is this year.
  14. At least NE managed a 3rd win so that should keep them out of the Fields sweepstakes.
  15. We have video footage of the Seahawks leaving Bills stadium yesterday.
  16. I know they won't do it but Bills-Cards would make a great SNF game.
  17. Next week they are on SNF against the Ravens. I wonder if the league will flex that game. The Ravens are probably going to kill them. Why risk having another blowout game on primetime just like NO-TB was.
  18. This game is going to be like yesterday's. Lots of scoring. This is a tossup game. It would be nice to go into the bye 8-2.
  19. 7-2 overall 4-0 in the division. Josh outdueled arguably the best QB in the game. The media ignores us....who cares! Besides I like it better when the Bills fly under the radar.
  20. I hate both of them. A Jets win hurts their chances at the #1 pick. I will sign up for that. Need NE to win another game or two though. Don't want the Pats to have a shot at Fields.
  21. Who are we rooting for in tonight's ****show? On one hand a Jets win could hurt their chances at #1 pick and taking Lawrence. But I don't want NE to have such a bad record to where they enter the Justin Fields sweepstakes either.
  22. Almost hurt Pittsburgh yesterday. You knew they would have a major letdown coming off a win over their biggest rivals in the Ravens. Talent wise the Cowboys shouldn't be on the same field as the Steelers but they almost pulled off the upset.
  23. What about the 1981 WC game at Shea Stadium. Bill Simpson's INT with just seconds left at the goal line stops a furious Jets rally as the Bills hang on for a 31-27 win.
