I can't imagine the players are tanking. They have to have some pride and who wants to go into the history books as an 0-16 team. The 84 and 85 Bills sucked but they don't stand out because they won 2 games each year. Everyone will remember a winless season.

Could also add the Colts, Steelers, Bucs as possible spots. All three teams have QB's nearing the end. I could see Sam being a back up for a year or so (he is only 23) and taking over when those teams starters retire.

They should beat the Chargers to go 8-3. You can also say they should beat Denver as well. The rest of the schedule will be tough. Road games at NE and SF are challenging. Pitt is obviously a tough game. Miami could be for the division. I see 4-2 or 3-3 as a worse case scenario. I have them at 10 or 11 wins. I think they beat LAC, DEN, split the NE and SF games, lose to Pitt, beat the fish.

A team to keep an eye that gets overlooked is the Colts. They have solid D and strong OL. Rivers can still be a solid QB.

When the team is good they can be a big advantage. Think back to the SB years. The Bills rarely lost at home during that time.

Lets hope they do something really stupid like keep Gase as HC.

I am more worried about them running the ball down our throat. That will open things up for Ben in the passing game.

Root for the Jets to beat the Chargers. Anything to help keep them away from getting TL.

I think they blocked a punt deep in Chargers territory which set up an easy TD. Give them credit they are making big plays on D and ST to win games.

I said that from day 1 basically every team is playing 16 games on a neutral field. Granted some teams can have some fans but its not really going create a normal homefield advantage.

If they replayed the game at 3:00 am I would watch the whole damn thing if it ended 30-26.

It is strange that a cold weather football team has trouble running the ball. Given the weather of the Northeast especially WNY you would think having a good run game would be a top priority. I love the fact that Josh throws it all over the place for big plays but teams like Buffalo have to be able to pound the rock late in the season and playoffs.

Beat the Chargers and get to 8-3. That should be the only focus when they come back from the bye. Also they need to stay virus free as well.

Miami has: at Broncos at Jets Bengals KC NE at Raiders at Bills The next 3 are favorable but look at the last 4 games. I wouldn't call that easy. As for the Bills they have Chargers at SF Steelers at Broncos at NE Dolphins Both teams have really tough games vs KC and Pitt respectively. Miami may have a slightly easier schedule but I think it will come down to week 17 and that game is in Buffalo

Exactly. Allen is the main reason the Bills are winning. Tua is just managing the game. He hasn't ****ed up but he hasn't been a difference maker either. Granted he has only played a couple of games.

I have the Sunday ticket( live in NJ) so I will definitely be watching. I would imagine this game will be broadcast in WNY since Bills fans will have an obvious interest in this one.

Tua really hasn't done anything. Miami has been winning with D and ST. Allen has how many 4th quarter comebacks in his career. Lets see Tua rally the Dolphins when they are losing the 4th quarter.

Even though the Giants and Cowboys are garbage teams they would get the primetime game if the division is on the line. Both teams have large fanbases and have a strong national appeal. Yes the division sucks but if these hapless teams are fighting for the division then it will bring in strong ratings which is what the league/NBC want.

I doubt Mr. Roll Tide has played in many cold weather, windy, snowy games that Buffalo can possibly offer. It's just to bad he won't get the true Buffalo experience as a Dolphin with 72,000 hating his guts. Maybe next year (hopefully).

Agree. Both Beane and McDermott have done a good job so far. They have turned the Bills from a bottom feeder into a good team. Both deserve and will get the chance to continue building the Bills into a legit SB contender. But Beane does deserve some criticism here for the defense declining. If he can have a good offseason (draft, FA) with improving the defense then this team can be a legit SB contender as early as next season. The offense is pretty good (although we could use a better RB) and JA continues to show that he is one of the best young QB's in the game.
