  1. I think that has changed now over the last few years. Going back to the Thanksgiving day game against the Cowboys. The Bills have been on primetime a lot over the past few seasons and have mostly played well. Allen is considered one of the best and most exciting players to watch. My guess is 4 primetime games next year with them also getting the national game on Sunday afternoons a bunch of times.
  2. On offense WR - a true #1 or 1A to go with Diggs. Saunders may retire and who knows if Beasley will be back. RB - an upgrade from Singletary would be nice OL - always look to improve the lines On defense DE - need an impact player to improve the rush. CB - need someone opposite Tre and that's assuming Tre comes back 100% NT - need a run stuffer. Like with the OL keep improving the lines.
  3. Throw the go ahead TD pass with 3 seconds left not 13
  4. Disagree with you on the D. They were exposed against good teams. That needs to change next season.
  5. I wouldn't be shocked if the Bills vs Rams was a primetime game but I just don't think it will be week one. As you mentioned TV ratings to start the season is what the league and networks want. Dallas and SF (big rival) are the favorites IMHO.
  6. That was a good one. I also like the Dr. Evil and Sopranos ones as well.
  7. The Bills do play the NFC North next season and the game against the Rams is the 17th game. The Bills and Cowboys don't play next year unless its in the Super Bowl.
  8. Have to see what the offseason brings with FA and the draft. Even if they have a down year they are still the best team in the division. They also have the best player at the most important position. I will say Beane needs to fix the defense. They were exposed when facing good offenses/QB's. That is a problem that has to be addressed otherwise they will have no shot at a Lombardi.
  9. Happy Birthday
  10. Since he passed away in Dec I think Madden will be on the cover of Madden this year.
  11. The Cowboys are ratings which means $$$$ for the networks. I would say them or SF are the favorites to open at LA.
  12. Also have to see what kind of an OC Dorsey is. I don't think he has ever called plays so their will be an adjustment period doing this.
  13. The best thing about last nights game for me was my numbers came in for the final. $5 dollar pool won me $175.
  14. Probably. There was an article in the NY Post a few years back. It said that the Bills and Jets have opened up against each other more times than any other rival. NE and Miami weren't even close to the Jets and Bills with opening day games. For some reason the league likes the Bills and Jets to play week 1.
  15. GB for sure.
  16. If the defense and coaches didn't "F" up the Bills probably would have played last night.
  17. I would say Cowboys or 49ers. Dallas always get center stage with that America's team BS. SF is a big rival with the Rams. I doubt the league starts with an interconference matchup. I will also predict the Bills open week 1 with a 1:00 game.
  18. I am all for building the lines on both sides of the ball. We can certainly use help in shoring up the run defense. If it helps save cap space than that is another plus.
  19. They will figure out what the market can afford. It won't be what the Jets/Giants charge since they can draw from NYC but prices will go up significantly. You know that saying about "**** travels down hill". Someone has to pay for it and guess who is at the bottom of the hill.
  20. I am waiting for them to make a Buffalo Jets shirt.
  21. This "trade" will happen right after the Bills trade Josh Allen to the Pats for a 5th Rd pick
  22. For those who don't know FA starts March 16th at 4:00 p.m. is when teams can start signing players. However they can begin talking to players and negotiating with players on March 14th.
  23. I always took preseason games to mean the start of tailgating season. It's summer its nice out. Go to the stadium and start grilling some food and drink a few beers. The game is secondary. I will go in the stadium but usually leave by halftime. Tailgating is the primary event for a preseason game.
  24. Competitive team, 4 playoff appearances 5 years, a Super Bowl contender. Say hello to PSL fees and a bigger increase in season/individual tickets when the new stadium arrives.
