If he's blowing up your cap, then yeah, it's an issue worth commenting on. But Rousseau's cap hit is currently 53rd among NFL DE's; that's near the bottom end of 64 starting NFL DE's. And people are bitching about it while I sit here and watch him beating the dogsnot out of Tackles and Guards every week. A rising tide lifts all anchors!

How close are you to a city? If you're within 30 miles, a decent indoor antenna should be able to pick up over the air networks. If you put one outside on the roof, that number should bump up to 50-60 miles, depending on trees, whether you're in a valley, etc.

According to Over the Cap and Spotrac, his cap hit is just under 6,000,000 this year. This places him 53rd among NFL DE's. If you go with the higher number of cash outlay it puts him around 20th I think.
