They have no shot at the division unless Allen loses a hand in a bowling incident. But they are good enough to steal a game if you come in with half a playbook looking to get young guys reps as if it's a glorified scrimmage, which they've been doing for a the last few weeks. Sunday night at home against their only division rival? The boys are geeked, McD opens all the ammo cans and the Pats get a reality check.

Yeah, they are a good team and I think they're going to keep getting better under Vrabel. But I also think the Bills have been laying in the weeds for three weeks eyeballing this matchup. I expect to see our A game Sunday night and if we do, they are not ready for that.

Exactly. It's weird as hell because you can actually still sort of feel it and know "haha, I bet that really hurts" But you just don't give a shlt

This is absolutely within the realm of possibility.

The only perilous part was waiting at the house for the boss to get back to see if she was going to be mad that I used her little Princess as a prop for mayhem. And I'm still standing!

That was from last Oct/Nov. I think they shut down in early spring, right after ski season. This was sort of funny so I'll expound. A small crew of us go up for their beer fest every fall and afterwards typically walk down to the Depot for food and more beers. Last year I stopped by the house and grabbed the puppy after the beerfest then walked into the Depot with her in my shirt and went right to our table(s), shielding her from the bar area so they couldn't see her. I managed to have a couple beers while everybody in the place was laughing about it before a very cranky, unpleasant server saw her head sticking out of my shirt. Things then went like this: Cranky server: You need to get that dog out of here right now! Simon: What dog? Cranky server: The dog in your shirt, sir Simon: There's no dog in my.... <looks down> Aaaaghhhhh, what the hell?!?! How did that get in there?! Which one of you jackasses put a dog in my shirt?!?! <gets up and starts staggering toward door> Oh My God, it's trying to bite my throat!!!! <starts dramatically spinning around trying to get dog out of shirt> Aaaaaggghhhh, get it off, get it off!!!! <heading out door still wrestling with dog> For the love of God, somebody call Animal Control!!!!!

Hope that ends up being the case; the place was loaded with a bunch of cool Rolling Stones memorabilia. It's also the first bar that my new puppy ever got thrown out of.

Spencer Rattler had a grand total of 6 completions for 50 yards to his entire WR corps.

I thought it was their worst game of the year; although that doesn't necessarily mean they were "bad".

Shouldn't this be in the Tyreek thread?

Sauce Gardner is crying, but does he have a point?

You just have to roll 'em thinner now so you don't fall on your face. -
I didn't give him grief for that one; that was more on Torrence, imo. That's the second week in a row he's gotten beat on that outside/in move that he struggled so badly with as a rookie. I really thought he had solved that issue last year.

Yeah, OK. Anybody wanna buy a bridge?

That's what I was thinking, even though I didn't actually see him heading off (quit watching when I saw his leg sideways thinking it was going to be a long break). Did they have time or cover to jack any needles into him on the sideline? Maybe he was just flying high 🤷♂️

He's going to get fat bonus points for trying to murder guys to the whistle when he was blocking in line, but I still think he really struggled in passpro.

Can't we just be the Road Warriors?

Probably a fat guy

He does have a point. But you can't really see it if he wears a hat. -
I'm doubtful just because I think it would have reared its head more last year. My hope is that it's just a combination of them a) willingly trying a bunch of new and different things (which they have been at times) and b) integrating a bunch of younger or newer players into the system. That could legitimately be the primary issue and it will clean itself up over time, but every time I make that argument in my head I just feel like I'm whistling past the graveyard.
