I don't know how you adjust the first week either. Play Buffalo (a 2 seed), on 6 days rest? Just doesn't make sense. I get the extra day of rest thing. But NFL teams operate on a 7 day turnaround for a high majority of their games all season. I care more about keeping our routine, versus another team getting 24 hrs of rest. So again, the solution isn't as simple as you imply. You control what you control, Ravens had the extra day of rest too. You roll with the minor imperfections of scheduling.

Trying to understand this... Unfocused? I don't think that was an issue at all. For a team that didn't turn the ball over, forced 3 turnovers, and committed 1 penalty (that was a BS call)...I'd say we were locked in. Did we come out of the half and play conservative/fail to address quickly on offense? Yes. Did Bmore adjust their running attack? Yes. Not sure I'd say we played poorly or unfocused. We lost momentum and the "edge"/energy that we started the game with.

I imagine this is the same frustration opposing fans have when Josh rips off a big scramble or let him escape the pocket to his right.

When Coach specifically says it happened on the onside kick, then I'd tend to trust that, plus what I mentioned before. To me, he looked fine on the 2 point play. Bills were in man coverage, his man ran a slant/inside route to pick the safety. Benford looked like he knew what was happening, but couldn't leave his man to make a play.

I don't think anyone said Rapp "can't walk". He walked to the sidelines, got evaluated then was carted off. Absolutely no need to make that walk to locker room, if in pain/trainers didn't know severity. He also wasn't ruled out immediately. It could very well be a bruise/jammed his hip. We only know Benford is in protocol. He was interviewed after game in locker room, and some noted he wasn't even acting like he had a head injury. Who knows, but I'd expect both these guys are ready for Sunday.

No way Buffalo sends CB on the field for the onside, if they expected a concussion. And no way CB would've stayed silent. CB injured his arm/shoulder near the Ravens sideline, seemed like he was thinking of coming off then gutted it out/maybe just fell on it wrong. As for playing both AFC games on same day, only way for that to have happened would've been to play Buffalo on Saturday...which is a clear disadvantage vs Bmore. Remember, the Rams had to play Sunday since they won on MNF in wild card round. Sorry not meaning to come at ya, 1st is opinion 2nd is facts.

Concussion protocol doesn't mean concussion. And Benford hasn't had any sited concussions from college. So we will see. I would say looking at the positives, he will play. I'll feel even better if he gets limited sessions on Wed and Thursday.

I'm all about abandoning the run and going shotgun every snap, until we see lighter boxes. Too conservative right now. Brady had a great 1st half gameplan, it starts over right now. Get a stop and go aggressive on offense.

Absolutely imperative we stay ahead of sticks. I think that will take passing early, mixing in run...basically opposite of 1st half.
