  1. So I originally wanted to know if players-only meetings worked. I now have my answer. ☹️ SMH.
  2. Let it be known that the Bills are giant killers. 2020: KC beats Buffalo in the AFCCG and then goes on to lose to Tampa Bay in the SB 2021: KC beats Buffalo in the divisional then goes on to lose to Cincinnati in the AFCCG. 2022: Cincinnati beats Buffalo in the divisional and goes on to lose to KC in the AFCCG. 2023: Cincinnati beats Buffalo on SNF Week 9 then goes on to lose to Houston in Week 10. Teams are so worn out from playing us they lose the following week.
  3. And YouTube is very happy with this. The NFL wants to push sales with them. (And in the NFL's defense, the Giants were projected to be a much better team this year.)
  4. A good question. I try to make these threads when the announcers are first made known by the networks. CBS usually makes them known to the public 10 days before the game. The assignments are made well before then but not released publicly. They have to so everyone can make flight arrangements and the like. FOX makes them early too, but they don't publicly announce them until five to seven days before the game. (Occasionally the announcers make the assignments known to the public themselves, via social media, during the previous week's games, or on talk shows.) I posted the announcers for this Sunday's game (Week 10 - Denver at Buffalo) last week (and then again on the Wednesday maps thread). This thread is for next week (Week 11), when we host the Jets and get CBS's A team.
  5. You can tell many here feel the season is starting to go into the tank when much of talk on TBD is about next year's schedule, the draft, contracts, and new coaches. Yikes. I still think there is much hope we can turn it around and when the division and more.
  6. The FOX announcers may be made known Sunday night or Monday, and I will update this then. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Note 1: Doubleheader this week is CBS.] [Note 2: There *is* a MNF ManningCast this week.] [Note 3: Remember: the TNF game is free and legal to all on Twitch--no Amazon Prime account needed.] [Note 4: Remember: all MNF games this season are also simlucasted on ABC unless there is a separate game on ESPN, as in Week 14.] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NFL Week 11, 2023 - November 19, 2023 NATIONAL BROADCASTS: TNF - Amazon Prime Video/Twitch Thursday, November 16 - 8:15 PM ET: Cincinnati at Baltimore Al Michaels, Kirk Herbstreit, Kaylee Hartung [simulcasts on local free TV in Cincinnati and Baltimore] SNF - NBC Sunday, November 19 - 8:20 PM ET: Minnesota at Denver Mike Tirico, Chris Collinsworth, Melissa Stark MNF - ABC/ESPN/ESPN2 Monday, November 20 - 8:15 PM ET: Philadelphia at Kansas City Joe Buck, Troy Aikman, Lisa Salters [ManningCast on ESPN2: Peyton Manning, Eli Manning] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CBS Early: Sunday, November 19 - 1 PM ET: Pittsburgh at Cleveland (2) Ian Eagle, Charles Davis, Evan Washburn Las Vegas at Miami (3) Kevin Harlan, Trent Green, Melanie Collins Tennessee at Jacksonville (5) Spero Dedes, Adam Archuleta, Amanda Renner Arizona at Houston (6) Tom McCarthy, James Lofton, Jay Feeley, Tiffany Blackmon ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CBS Late: Sunday, November 19 - 4:25 PM ET: New York Jets at Buffalo (1) Jim Nantz, Tony Romo, Tracy Wolfson Seattle at Los Angeles Rams (4) Andrew Catalon, Tiki Barber, Matt Ryan, AJ Ross ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FOX Single November 19, 2023 - 1:00 PM and 4:05 PM ET: Dallas at Carolina TBD, TBD, TBD New York Giants at Washington TBD, TBD, TBD Los Angeles Chargers at Green Bay TBD, TBD, TBD Chicago at Detroit TBD, TBD, TBD Tampa Bay at San Francisco (LATE) TBD, TBD, TBD ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Byes: Atlanta, Indianapolis, New England, New Orleans ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  7. The whole discussion is moot. Beane/Pegula would never hire a known cheater.
  8. Hate to bump this, but this is a cool moment from the London game and was just posted on NFL-UK:
  9. On the Carolina forum they are calling for him to be fired. Some say he won't make it past this weekend. Great QB but horrible coach. Not sure how he beat Buffalo a few years ago.
  10. Probably felt a two-field-goal lead against Carolina was sufficient? That's all I got.
  11. Chicago can't lose since they also own Carolina's first-round pick. They enhance their draft position win or lose.
  12. I feel sorry for the a** whooping about to be handed to Denver Monday.
  13. Yeah, and it did have a big impact on our game, potentially costing us it. We had the momentum and if we had scored, who knows how Cincy would have responded.
  14. Make that two AFL championships in a row. We were the best in the world. Also, four SB losses in a row means four AFC championships in a row, something no team has ever done. People need to start respecting the great history of our organization. #BillsMafia #OneBuffalo
  15. UK Bills fans can win a Josh Allen jersey signed by Gabe Davis and Von Miller (if I read the autographs correctly below):
  16. If the choice is between making the playoffs for 15 years in a row but no winning the SB and winning the SB once but missing the playoffs the other 14 seasons, I'll take the former. Look at the Jets: they have won one SB years ago, and nothing else. Who is the better team: us with no SB's or the Jets with one? BTW, I found the tweets below, all from idiots. Championships do not define a franchise, but consistent winning does. Miami and the Jets below are not consistent winners.
  17. I can't wait for Monday come so everyone around here can be happy after our win. This forum is hard to bear after a loss. [P.S. We still control our own destiny for the division title.]
