To add further insult, Sky TV in the UK decided to show Miami at Philadelphia for its game of the week replay. Buffalo at New England had been scheduled to air.

This week is only the second time there will be a record 10 inter-conference games since the merger (the other was 2016). Tampa Bay at Buffalo is the first of those 10 games. The Bucs will be making just their third visit to Buffalo, with the first not coming until the 2009 season. This is only the second head-to-head meeting between Josh and Baker Mayfield. The first was a loss in 2019 to the Cleveland Browns, 6-3.

Just to update before this thread disappears: search is still not working (2:58 AM ET).

They play KC the week after New England. That's a loss for them. Or if KC doesn't win its division (however unlikely that is).

Assuming both KC and Buffalo finish in the same place in their respective divisions this year and in 2024. If not, we still get to host another AFC West team in 2024 and 2025.
