  1. I don't know--6:30 AM seems a little too early for me, lol! [I'm on the West coast.]
  2. Josh Allen nominated for FedEx Air Player of the Week:
  3. FLEX ALERT: In Week 6 (October 15, 2023), Detroit at Tampa Bay has been flexed from 1 PM to 4:25 PM to be the featured game on FOX. This replaces Philadelphia at New York Jets, which was the previous feature game. Jets are still Jetting, lol. Now 1-3.

  5. Well, the regular season home opener was September 1, 1973, Jets at Bills. I found this:
  6. I just wanted to say I heard the term "quarter pole" twice on the radio today. First, Greg Papa, the 49'ers play-by-play guy said that in his analysis of how the season has gone for the team so far. Then on Fox Sports Radio, someone I am not familiar with also used that term after today's games (probably heard it on the Brian Noe and George Wrighster show). Well, it's not the "quarter pole" yet but the "3/4-pole" approximately (? I guess it depends on how long a horse race is), since quarter pole refers to the horse race when there is 1/4 of a mile left. I want to thank @4merper4mer for mentioning this last year. I was not even familiar with the term, but it remained with me all this time. I learned something new then!
  7. Not on the fish forum, but a Dolphins fan claiming to be a Bills fan posted this on twitter: [I've blurred his name so as not to give him publicity] Keep dreaming!
  8. Of course, a troll claiming to be a Bills fan posted this ridiculous statement on twitter: [I've blurred out his name so as not to give him publicity] Real classy and illogical.
  9. [Has this been posted ? It was not in a search.]
  10. UPDATE: FOX-Late: Des Moines and Ottumwa IA: NE-DAL to AZ-SF (Fri) Map has been changed. Kowtowing for Brock Purdy.
  11. It's also in ESPN+: The better question is how many people on the west coast or farther are getting up at 6:30 AM to watch the game?
  12. Another minor update, with more markets switching to MIA-BUF: CBS Single: Madison and La Crosse WI: DEN-CHI to MIA-BUF (Fri) Map has been updated. Yeah, some schedule guides are slow to update, but the Bills game is definitely on! The local station guide, as well as zap2it are usually more reliable, but not always.
  13. Thanks for that! I've been busy today, or slacking, whatever you want to call it, lol. Here is your tweet in graphic form: Here are the updates, including the FOX one I posted yesterday upthread. Maps have been updated. UPDATES: CBS Early: all MI stations; Green Bay and Wausau WI; Des Moines IA; Fargo ND; Mankato MN; Cape Girardeau and Kirksville MO; all MT stations: DEN-CHI to MIA-BUF (Thu) Erie PA; Amarillo, Wichita Falls and Sherman TX: PIT-HOU to MIA-BUF (Thu) FOX Early: Oklahoma City and Tulsa OK; Fort Smith AR: WSH-PHI to TB-NO (Wed) St. Louis MO: CIN-TN to WSH-PHI (Thu) Grand Rapids, Lansing and Marquette MI: WSH-PHI to MIN-CAR (Thu) Anchorage AK: LAR-IND to MIN-CAR (Thu) Very nice! An intelligent, well-written letter with cited info to back if up. You represent well for the Bills Mafia.
  14. Because the Tampa Bay game is on at the same time on FOX, so CBS chose to air the late game (Vegas-Chargers) instead of the early Bills game to not go against the home team and lose viewership.
  15. And if the Jets win and we lose, the Jets will be ahead of us with the head-to-head tie-breaker.
  16. CBS 17 in Raleigh is showing MIA-BUF: https://www.cbs17.com/tv-schedule/
  17. I was having a bad day lifting, but this post made my day!
  18. Now I have been told Raleigh is in fact showing MIA-BUF based on internal CBS 6-day maps and a different local TV listing service. I am trying to get more info, but it looks like MIA-BUF. [EDIT: It's hard as f--- trying to type on your phone with your pointer fingers while wearing hook grip tape on your thumbs for deadlifts!]
  19. Yep, absurd. Someone mentioned in the sshedule thread in May that there is a TV service that has everything, including Peacock. Not sure what it was. Also you can get the TNF Prime Video games free on Twitch.
  20. Ok, all listing services show CLE-BAL. There should be an update later today on the 506 maps and I update here then..
  21. UPDATE: FOX Early: Oklahoma City and Tulsa OK; Fort Smith AR: WSH-PHI to TB-NO (Wed) Map has been changed. Which guide? Can you check ROVI? I can't get past September on mobile.
