I thought we played a hell of a game against Tampa, when you consider we didn't have Joker, Dahlin, or Sammy on the blue line. We have a LOT of solid, young players now, and we pretty much met them punch for punch over 3 periods with our best 3 D men out of the game. If we play like that every night we will win a lot of games and make the playoffs this year.

Those 3 are in a league of their own. I know a lot can happen and a team's fate can rest in a single quirky play in a single game, but... I firmly believe the SB will be played this year between the Eagles and the winner of the KC/Bills playoff game.

No, but I did watch a MNF game more or less right next to him. That was like 25 years ago. He was a lot younger but doing the same schtick. We were down in the front right corner of the scoreboard end zone. I think he's been there ever since.

Which is why this skit was a delightfully refreshing solid piece of humor. Way better than typical SNL fare. Clever premise too.

I've been thinking about this and finally thought of a pretty good example. Tom Petty. I generally do not like his music, don't own any, and wouldn't go out of my to listen to his music, but for a single song! "Don't come around here no more". I not only really like that song, it is on of my favorite songs of all time in any genre...and I listen to many different genres of music, most of which are NOT "popular music." But there is something about that song; I remember seeing the music video when it came out, with the "Alice in Wonderland" theme to it, and fell in love with the video and the song. For me, it's a great song...but about the only thing (that I know of) that I'd listen to from Petty.

Possible! I don't give a crap about records of this type anyway. They are absolutely meaningless to me. What matters is that he is good and consistently very productive. How the is reflected in specific statistics is unimportant. Diggs might care! But not me. Win the damned SB! Stay focused on target!

I've been at that stage now for a bunch of years. I think a lot of Bills fans are. Just win ONE before I die. Everything after is gravy.
