  1. Like Allen had last season when he had the worst Guard play in the league and the RT was a turnstile. The WR group was so bad they had to bring Brown & Beasley back from their couches to play. And yet Allen led the Bills to a 13 - 3 season had 5045 total yards and 42 total TD's.
  2. Cowherd put the Bills at #3 in his Herd hierarchy. The Ravens are #1 & the 49's #2. Nick Wright didn't like it.
  3. I agree but an analysis of what got the team to the point they are is a criteria for MVP. Jackson has had a very good but not spectacular season and the Ravens success seems to be due more to their defense then offense.
  4. And the Eagles almost gave away their game to the Giants at home with Hurts throwing a pick 6 while the Eagles were in the Giants red zone.
  5. In their 2nd game against Cleveland the Ravens lost in large part due to Jackson who threw 2 INT's including a backbreaking pick 6. In their 17 - 10 loss to the Steeler's Jackson threw an INT, was tackled for a safety and lost a fumble without scoring a single TD himself. The Ravens were shut out in the 2nd half. So yea Jackson has had some clunkers that led directly to losses to.
  6. Allen's TO's led to one loss IMO. Those other losses had other reasons for why the Bills lost.
  7. Three of the four 49's losses have been to AFC teams. Unless the 49's were in the AFC South would they be playing for a wild card in the AFC?
  8. Sometimes Shanahan outsmarts himself. He put the game in the hands of Purdy and we can see the result. Until next week or the week after. I've never seen such a topsy turvey NFL season like this one.
  9. They should as a loss to Miami would jeopardize the #1 seed as both teams would have 4 losses and the fins would have the head to head.
  10. The 3rd pick was a bad throw that Purdy tried to force into a covered WR. That was not the same as the 2nd pick whch was batted at the line and unlucky. But who cares, I don't remember people making excuses for Allen's picks when they were the result of a WR being out muscled for the ball or the ball going through the hands of a WR for a pick.
  11. The talking heads are so impressed with the Jackson run and it was awesome. But in the end the Ravens had to settle for a 3rd FG.
  12. Or they've padded their record feasting off NFC softies......
  13. That Jackson run was special but they still didn't get into the end zone on that drive.
  14. Judas Priest, the Allen is a TO machine narrative is dead.
  15. Good question. One thing for sure is after this weekend NO ONE can claim Allen is a turnover machine. Because if Allen is TO prone then so is Hurts & Mahomes. And they throw pick 6's to boot.
  16. I think the Bills/Pats game is more likely to go the way of the Raiders & Redskins games then the Giants or Chargers games.
  17. The Bengal's are not beating the Chiefs. The tape on Browning is out and the KC defense will feast. At the same time Cincy has problems on D. The Chiefs will move the ball and put up points.
  18. Well now that we have seen the carnage as virtually the entire AFC wildcard group was laid waste this weekend do the negative Nellie's appreciate the Bills victory more? Sure the Bills were sloppy with 3 TO's and way to many penalties. But they got the win. What was the excuse of the Bengal's who got blown out? Or the Colts that lost by 19 to a team with a losing record? Or Denver that lost at home to a team with 3 wins? Or the Jags that got annihilated by TB?
  19. By my count Lawrence now has 19 total turnovers compared to Allen's 18. Lawrence also has a total of 23 TD's while Allen has 40. Seventeen more TD's with one less TO - enough said.
  20. It's a lot easier to imagine when you realize they're not really Bills fans but trolls.
  21. You claim you "love Allen" then call him dumb. Sorry but I read your posts and I don't buy it.
  22. Check out Bob Seger's song "beautiful loser" most times you just can't have it all.
  23. They are mutually exclusive: * First off the INT last night was not a dumb throw. It was a good decision that might have gone the distance had Allen put a couple of more yards on what was a very difficult throw. * Second, Allen's high TD production is in part due to his willingness to take risks. INT's are a natural result of risk taking.
  24. A lot of QB's this season are throwing nearly as many picks or losing more fumbles while not coming close to producing the TD's Allen does.
  25. Who cares what "everybody" (national NFL talking heads) is saying. I don't look to the Cowherd's & Nick Wright's of the world for validation of the Bills. And if you remember back 2021 when the Bills did get HOT and were on a roll at the end of that season they had a couple of clunky wins against the Jets & Falcons. And those sloppy wins came after their great win at NE in week 15.
