  1. McD and Tomlin are very similar, and i think their respective fan bases have many of the same complaints about each of them.
  2. you could argue that harlan is better than nantz, but nantz and romo have a good thing going together. nantz should get to go out with that team if he wants.
  3. i love that romo analyzes why a play went wrong, he scrutinizes reviews well, and why a penalty was or wasn't called. and he calls what he sees, for better or worse. as far as josh goes, ya he loves him. if you aren't a bills fan you are definitely complaining about the way he slobbers all over him.
  4. they should have been able to get in for a saturday practice, if that was part of the original plan. what time was it on saturday that the game was officially moved to Monday?
  5. they should have no problem getting to the field house. doesn't sound like we are going to get hit half as hard as we did this weekend. but then again, lake effect is very unpredictable.
  6. if they thought it would make more money as a ppv, they would absolutely do it.
  7. ya..it's not gonna be clean. but better? i'd think so.
  8. if 80% of the seats are under cover, this shouldn't be nearly the problem that it is in the current situation.
  9. lol snow plows are gonna be anywhere near residential. they are all digging out the stadium!
  10. One of my close friends grew up around here, and now flies out of Atlanta. Strangely enough, he got the gig to fly the Steelers back to Pittsburg Monday night.
  11. that sucks. good luck with a bar. i know they were able to call ahead and get peacock for businesses, but likely only very sports minded bars would be on top of that. amazon being regular, has a dedicated channel for bars and restaurants, so that should never be a problem.
  12. the nfl is only about finding more sources of revenue. do you all think we are in london because it makes a better product? LA for that matter as well. the amount of money fans are willing to throw away to go to a game is just disgusting and pathetic. this 6 dollars is the last thing i care about. it's no different than when they started doing games on the nfl network when so many people didn't have that as an option. in fact, the nfl network thing was worse, because we didn't have a $6 option to get it even if we wanted it.
  13. for a bazillion dollars you'd think they'd have drainage and snow melting capabilities to avoid all that.
  14. NFL network will go to crap. there is too much overlap between what they do and what espn does. gonna eventually be the same talking heads going between two channels. i don't watch either, so I don't know if this will make one, the other, or both better or worse, honestly.
  15. interesting he would actually say it, but my guess is that they probably just don't have as much in common with each other as they do with some of the other guys on the team.
  16. At this point, it's the only reason I would like to see McDermott leave. Though flawed, I think he's a good coach.I think he's shown some growth. I just don't think he's the guy to bring our unicorn to his full potential. Im also not sure if there is a slam dunk candidate who can do that.
  17. I understand what amazon offers, i just think 140 per year is ridiculously steep. I also live in an area where same day delivery isn't a thing. if i lived in an area with a lot of same day and one day delivery, i might find more value in it.
  18. i would rather pay 6 for a month of peacock than the amazon thing. Amazon jacked their already inflated price another 20 when they got the nfl package. not sure why everybody is okay with that. free shipping with orders over $35 anyway.
  19. If this is really the case, then it's on the coaching. Maybe they've tried to do it for 15-25 minutes in some games, and had to abandon because it went horribly.
  20. There are several heads who call defense as well. Around half or a little more of the teams in the NFL have a head coach who either calls the offense or the defense.
  21. Love Eric Moulds. Best receiver we've had since I've known what I was watching, imo. More dynamic than Diggs. Im a bit too young to compare him with Reed.
  22. I'm sure mcdermott absolutely loves calling the plays. i don't know how many head coaches call defense, but it seems at least a third call offensive plays, so I don't have an issue with it. Hopefully he is getting all the help he feels he needs, in whichever areas it's needed. If he already has a guy or two around who understand how he thinks and what he's looking for, maybe they are good and don't need any of these guys.
  23. The bills don't need a d coordinator per se, but they could do with the NE model. Im sure BB has always been the de-facto coordinator, but it's nice to have somebody there to help with the dirty work.
  24. He's only 35. Maybe it's his time!
