  1. I’m hoping guys like Greg Rousseau and Shakir make the jump next season + a plug and play guard and speedster WR in the 1st & 2nd rounds. I’m confident Beane will find a couple late round gems, but it is imperative that they hit on those first 2 picks. This is the only way IMO. Free agency is not going to save this team.
  2. Yes, but that was the Diggs pick.
  3. I mean is he really wrong? You’re not going to find a pro ready WR w/ elite measurables like Chase past the first 10 picks (realistically not even before the first 5) unless you luck out on some project guy like DK Metcalf. It’s infinitely tougher to get blue chip guys when you are drafting late every single. I do agree though that it’s no excuse. Good GMs work w/ what they got, but I am trying to cut him a little slack.
  4. It’s hard to be optimistic as long as Frazier is here. I don’t have a problem giving a pass to Dorsey who was in his 1st year and didn’t have a lot to work with, but a veteran like Frazier w/ multiple high round picks and solid veterans should of been getting a lot more out of his side of the ball. The defense has choked away the last 2 playoff games. The Bills couldn’t even get in any kind of rhythm or balance bc they were down 3 scores almost immediately. When that guy is gone I will have a much more positive outlook in the future.
  5. I’d love to see Bengals lose 2 SBs in a row. That would be epic
  6. I mean did they have a choice? Cinci was scoring on nearly every drive. Hard to run it when you’re down 2 TDs right off the bat.
  7. Worked for guys like Tyreek and Desean Jackson, but they are outliers.
  8. I still have faith in McD if he can get some top notch coordinators in here, but he seems too stubborn to do that. If nothing changes and the Bills don’t make the Super Bowl in 2 years then I think he’s gone by year 3.
  9. Love him. This is exactly who the Bills need. A guy that can add some real juice and athleticism to this offense. Diggs, Flowers, Gabe Davis, and an improved Shakir would be formidable (if the line can hold up.)
  10. Dan Marino is always mentioned as having a crap supporting cast. Jim Kelly is the other way around.
  11. If they don’t get competent lineman to protect Allen then he’s only gonna last another 8 years at the most. It is absolutely vital for Beane to hit on these picks next year. Screw the defense. If the first 2 picks are not on a guard or tackle then I am gonna be royally pissed off.
  12. This team makes me want to jump in front of the subway.
  13. They should be coming up w/ multiple ways to get Diggs the ball, not just lining him up outside and hoping he beats his man. They are wasting the ***** out of him. Take notes from the 2021 Rams and Cooper Krupp. Good teams scheme up ways to get their best player the ball. Dorsey is a failure. This offense should run like a well oiled machine. They are only good in spurts and lack any type of consistency. I understand his frustration.
  14. That’s an unfair comparison. At least McDermott has won a handful of playoff games.
  15. Frazier’s scheme works when you have a strong defensive line, but we don’t. Every single high draft pick has been underwhelming including Oliver. Honestly I’d rather have Jerry Hughes over any of these guys. They better hope Rousseau pans out next year and Von Miller stays healthy or it will likely be the same thing over & over. No more high drafts picks. Draft capital is better off being spent elsewhere like the offensive line so at least we can score points to make up for it.
  16. Idk. It just feels after trending upwards every season, the Bills took a massive step backwards.
  17. I think it’s pretty unfortunate we didn’t get a chance to play the Bengals in the regular season. I think it would’ve went a long way in preparing for them in the playoffs.
  18. If more players had Diggs attitude then they might’ve actually put up a fight.
  19. This was the worst season I’ve ever experienced as a Bills fan and that’s my fault. I bought into the media formed hype “Super Bowl or bust” mentality. You would think I would’ve tempered my expectations after all the disappointment from this franchise. I take full responsibility.
  20. I really don’t care about this game or who wins. I feel complete apathy at this point.
  21. They’re already running Josh into the dirt with the current coordinator. Might as well get production from the running backs while they’re doing it.
  22. I’m inclined to agree with you, but winning a SB is extremely hard even if everything is going completely right. There is always a lot of luck involved. Dan Marino had one of the winningest coaches of all time and still never retired with one. I don’t think the book is closed on McDermott, but that guy had to deal w/ more adversity that I can remember. I do think it’s absolutely inexcusable to come out looking that way against Cinci. It was a perfect storm of poor coaching, player execution, and officiating.
  23. Agree with this completely. McD and Beane built the Bills into contenders from perennial losers. He needs to hire experienced coordinators w/ proven track records to right this ship as fast as they can while Allen is still in his prime. I know I’ll get ***** for this, but I hope they at least do their due diligence on Greg Roman. Josh needs a stronger running game to take the pressure off of him. Get a couple beast O-Lineman and this offense can look totally different next season.
  24. Disgusting effort on both sides of the ball. There needs to be a massive overhaul in both the roster and coordinating staff.
  25. Kansas City to win the AFCC and then 49ers in the SB.
