How much more deadly would the K-Gun have been if JK would’ve had the benefit of such calls when he was getting hit in the knees by the likes of Ken Norton Jr in the Super Bowl, or those crazy Steeler lines of the 90’s…just sayin’!
What a great statement W, especially because, we still left points and turnovers on the field—our ceiling is beyond SB caliber!! Lookout for when we really hum on all cylinders…
That’s definitely not been their M.O. thus far; and I remember all the talk being this is a 2-4 week injury and it’s been 2 games plus a bye week? I hope this doesn’t stall out his development overall however!
Ok, and we were down 2 starters on our OL with a 3rd playing out of position, and missing Knox…I don’t hear the national media giving us a pass for that either!
Often imitated, never duplicated, it’s great to have you back OP! BTW, looks like you guys wound up with yet another 1st round QB bust this year, amirite? 😁
Wood (who was on the field level) on Schopp & Bulldog tonight was adamant that this is an overblown nothing-burger (my paraphrase), and that it was combo of drive killing (or extending) penalties and inability to figure out fixes that were wearing down the sideline demeanor after the start of the game, fwiw
I think he left it running behind the Tim Horton’s he said he always stopped at on his way in to the office? (At said office he would wake up Brother Rob, who invariably fell asleep on the couch from the exhaustion of brainstorming ways to help explain Rex’s defense to Mario)
