I can only speak to my own experience of course, but have been very happy and impressed by the improvements in range of motion and strength following adjustments from my local chiro. I am an amateur distance runner, and my training phases always result in needing help for low back pain and hip joint misalignments—these tuneups never fail me for those moments. I only go as needed, but the improvements are there to feel right away. However, like anything else, I have no doubt as to the number of quacks out there, so going from direct references usually is a good idea, and then when you have a good one, don’t switch!

I thought we were talking about Beane as GM specifically—and he got our franchise QB in place (plus worked out a great looking extension)

There’s only one difference maker that really matters most, Josh Allen. You get the QB right, you basically write your own ticket as GM. Whaley? How many dud QB’s did he cycle through as an answer? Josh is the #1 reason we’ve risen to top tier of teams.

Is it fair to say that Samuel gives us another Emmanuel Sanders, only this one is younger and more versatile?

His best year per Thomas DeLaus with Cover 1 was with Brady as his OC…and I’d wager his QB was less than stellar lol 👍

For better or worse I think the draft will be where Beane ends up making the most noise—next year looks like a much better cap situation for FA.

Agree with the pickup if for a one year vet minimum salary—I always thought he was one of our unsung heroes in the secondary, and brings a good high character vet presence to the room.
