  1. I mentioned Moore since he gets mocked to us a lot in Mock Draft SImulator thread IIRC (presumably because Toney is not available already). Basham has some strong supporters here too Samuel was mocked to us in at least two different mock from talking heads I think.
  2. I only wanted to help Virgil to list players in my post, I didn't express any opinions. But I find it interesting that I think completely the opposite. I think we are exactly that team who should take risks and draft high ceiling guys. Barmore plays for Packers already.
  3. From what I read on TBD: WR: Toney, Bateman, Moore RB: Harris, Etienne TE: Freiermuth OT: Mayfield OG: Davis DE: Phillips, Oweh, Ossai, Basham LB: Owusu-Koramoah CB: Stokes, Samuel I know that is too much overall but all these guys were discussed a lot (except maybe Bateman/JOK who were mocked higher). I know it will not happen, but I suggest to make position poll (with these or other names in brackets), and then make player poll (if there are more reasonable players at that position).
  4. I know FA is not over but if I recall correctly this is what happened: Re-signed: Milano, Williams, Feliciano, Boetgker, Wallace, McKenzie, Taiwan Jones, Andre Smith Extensions: Poyer Paycuts: Morse, Addison, Butler Restructures: Matakevich, White Changes: QB: Barkley / Trubisky WR: Brown, Roberts / Sanders TE: Kroft, Smith / Hollister RB: Yeldon / Breida OL: Nsekhe, Winters / none DL: Jefferson, Murphy / Obada, Lotulelei LB: none / none CB: Norman / none S: Marlowe / none P: Bojorquez / Haack I think there were some other small moves but they will not affect actual 2021 roster. It is really interesting how many of our guys we retained and how small the overall roster turnover is. I think it is a good thing.
  5. 5 picks until Bills pick and 4 hours till midnight here in Europe. Come on guys make it happen, I want to vote in poll before going to bed!
  6. Love this post. You are spot on Couple of times I was about to ask you if you don't feel weird posting all those mock but didn't want to be rude. It's all good now, keep posting
  7. I don't know if everyone wants him, I just think that prevailing opinion right now is that Jets are taking Wilson, so I appreciate that he took him. And I really think it is going to happen. I would be shocked if they didn't take QB. It doesn't matter that Darnold was put into bad situation and its not completely his fault, I just don't see GM who didn't draft him and new coach not taking QB at 2 when it seems that there are couple of really good QBs. They just need to pick right one and most people seem to think its Wilson. Also recent events seem to support it. There was a rumour that Eagles only wanted Wilson to trade up and now they are trading down. 49ers traded to 3 and there is connection between them and Saleh, so they probably have good idea what are Jets doing. And it has to be taking QB, otherwise it would be THEM who would trade down.
  8. As you already know your formatting sucks, but I really appreciate your pick - keeps this mock as real as possible imo.
  9. For those of you who follow other teams more closely, how did their 2020 draft picks other than Tua performed last season?
  10. I disagree. Winning sucks. Imagine how cool would be picking 2nd and arguing Wilson vs Fields or picking 6th and debating Pitts vs Chase!
  11. Agreed. If only we had mock draft running so we could argue who if this is good reason not to pick Harris or Ettiene at 30 😋
  12. This is what I am talking about. This years boards will be (much) more different from scout to scout and team to team than before. I see many people saying that no chance that player X will be on board at 30, but I am pretty sure we will have lot of unexpected choices. Some guys like Toney, JOK, Rousseau, Phillips, Horn and so on will be available.
  13. I don't think this is correct. Using drafttek value chart 30 and 93 can get us to 23 maybe. You would need 30 and 61 to get to 18. The other one is total nonsense. Pick 161 gets you from 61 to 58 based on the chart. Again, maybe throwing that pick 93 in might get you from 61 to 45. I know it is only chart but it is pretty accurate in my experience. No way in hell gets you mid 5th round pick up 16 spots in round 2. Otherwise I agree that in general we should probably draft less players than 7 and move up a little bit here and there. To me most important is to draft 3 guys in top 90. Maybe move down from 30 then use ammo to move up in round 2 or 3. But it all depends on what happens on draft day.
  14. Not anymore. We've become farm of Las Vegas Raiders.
  15. Looks good to me. These kind of stats would be more valuable if they came with number of snaps. That's not a knock on you, just my general comment. He might not be a starter, but still could've played anything between 20% and 70% of snaps, which makes big difference.
  16. I think math is little better than you present it. There was a talk about Sanders' void year which I don't see on Sportrac. Also, if McKenzies hit is §1.15mill, then it affects cap space for less than 0.5mill. Same goes for other two guys you mention. I might be wrong but this seems too much money for just vet mins. I am not expecting anything big though. We'll see.
  17. Interesting. That is much more than we need just to fill roster with players on vet mins isn't it? So somebody with 5-7mill. cap hit coming soon? I think Beane was more than clear that he will do this only if totally necessary.
  18. Why do you think this? Even if we count 2017 draft I don't think sample size is big enough to judge what kind of players are they willing to draft high. Last year Diggs was sort of 1st round player. Why do you think speedy WR isn't?
  19. I don't get this kind of drafting. Whats the point for the Bills to draft less talent in top 100 and 5 players in rounds 5 and later who have really small chance to make a team? Whats the point in trying to accumulate picks next year? To trade them for later picks again? We have very solid roster overall right now, we want to compete next year, so we should draft 3 best guys we can in first 3 rounds and not trade down for future picks.
  20. What is your opinion on Oweh to Bills? Too soon at 30 in general or not a scheme fit for us? Is he more of a 3-4 OLB?
  21. I think at least 2, but more likely 3-4 players from your list will be available at 30. I think people are underestimating how different boards will teams have this year, esp. when it comes to players who opted out.
  22. I really think its time for TBD mock draft, @Virgil
  23. Why is almost eveyone so heavily underestimating drafting OL? OL is single most important unit on the field except QB imo, we didn't draft one last year and this draft has about 20 very good prospects from what I've read. I'll be really surprised if we don't deaft one in first three rounds this year.
