  1. With the rash of QB injuries, I don't remember a year with so many backups starting. Sadly, I don't get the sense that our backup QB could hold a candle to: Jameis Tyrod Beathard Trubisky Levis Dobbs PJ Walker Browning Would you take K. Allen over any of them?
  2. Not sure, because you blotted it out, but I think he said "fighting back"
  3. To answer my own comment: The Jaguars are currently the AFC’s No. 3 seed, but this matchup is more about keeping the Bengals from catching up to the Bills in the AFC standings. It seems unlikely for Cincinnati to make a late season run without Joe Burrow, but a collapse by the Jaguars is even more unlikely. In this matchup, Bills fans should be rooting for Jacksonville to send the Bengals to 5-7 on Monday. https://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/2023/12/buffalo-bills-remain-in-the-playoff-hunt-who-should-fans-be-rooting-for-in-week-13.html
  4. Right. Maybe someday soon Sean will break his silence on 13 seconds. THAT would be a headline.
  5. I think Jax is a bigger threat to us than Cincy
  6. I think the problem with Elam is that his playbook is still on the plane.
  7. OP lives in Italy and presumably close enough to the Vatican to put in a good word.
  8. I'm with you. Living in Israel where it's 7 hours ahead of Buffalo time, it can lead to some serious sleep deprivation. And if you think I actually was able to sleep after the Philly game (which ended close to 4AM) you're mistaken.
  9. Ummm I think you made my point for me.
  10. Except that Matt didn't do either one
  11. He should get the Matt Araiza treatment (which Matt Araiza should not have gotten)
  12. That will ruin our season. Last year it was the Topps shooting and Damar, and now this! How can these guys be expected to be good at football with such distractions???
  13. We should start a thread about all the mediocre RBs we made look like Gale Sayers I'd start with Jay Ajayi.
  14. Don't forget David Blatt
  15. The amazing thing about this thread is that the Patriots Wind Game hardly even gets mentioned (justifiably).
  16. Pat McAfee had this on his show. This is how close we were to 10-2.
  17. The curse started the day I watched my first Bills game, January 1, 1967. The Bills were coming off back-to-back AFL titles and were playing KC at the Rockpile for the right to play in Superbowl 1. The Bills fumbled the opening kickoff which resulted in an early KC touchdown. It was all downhill from there, and the Bills lost 31-7. If I had been smart, I'd have said "oh well" and given up football forever.
  18. Tim Graham speaks out. Never once in my career, at least not that I can recall, have I ever written a column trashing an officiating performance. Until now. https://theathletic.com/5092023/2023/11/27/buffalo-bills-philadelphia-eagles-officials/?source=emp_shared_article
  19. I actually thought of this at the time and felt stupid for thinking of it
  20. What do you think this is, the NBA?
  21. Last time we played the Eagles, I had the misfortune of sitting next to a bunch of Philly fans at the Ralph. They were right out of central casting, utterly insufferable, and taunting the Bills fans after the Eagles had won the game. I wish Shaq and Phillips had been in our section that day.
  22. I like this. Hire a sumo wrestler to play DL just for this play.
