  1. As I said, draft a player in the 4th or 5th round. Why would we invest a premium pick on a back up linebacker.
  2. Not sure about the first cause we def don’t have the ammo but trading back into the 2nd for sure. Unless we trade a few spots, then I absolutely see a trade into the back of round 1.
  3. No, nickel defense is the base defense and Milano and Edmunds are perfect for that role. Both highly productive and studs. Sure grab a back up in the 5th otherwise, we’re good.
  4. This is so true and can play LDE very effectively. I always look at it like this. Is the guy going to make offensive coordinators game plan, the answer is yes. He wreaks people’s game plans and that’s good with me
  5. Well the difference is, Clark is had been way more productive than Clowney and actually surpasses Lawernce production as well.
  6. Hoping a swap of picks and possible a 3 or 4 will do it. Would absolutely love Clark in Buffalo
  7. Great post cause I absolutely see ya trading up at some point earlier.
  8. Im fully in the boat of waiting till the 3rd round and snag Anthony Johnson. Dude is gonna be a good receiver and he would be in a good situation here. Can develop nicely behind Cole, Foster and Brown
  9. Seeing that the Seahawks are low on picks I’d think a swap of 1st and giving up 2 or 3 should do it. I’d jump on this in a heart. He’s well worth the money, D law got a 100 million and had one less sack with one more year of playing.
  10. I agree and those chips can carry teams to a super bowl run
  11. Yes cause the league is such a run heavy league. Fact is he had 53 tackles for loss and 13.5 sacks in 32 games. Per game he avg more tackles for loss than Donald in college and .2 sacks fewer. Oliver is a rare talent, you don’t find linemen, let alone interior linemen that explosive at 280 pounds
  12. Awesome stuff, I still think rd 2 is where we need to go at tightend but great read The only thing about this is that Ebron had drop concerns coming out of college. The combine shot him into the top 10. Those drops carried over, nor was he regarded really as a blocker. Fant and Hock both don’t share these concerns
  13. Sorry any list that doesn’t include Harry is lazy and wrong. Hoping for him or a tightend with our 2nd pick even if it means moving up.
  14. Have him go to Santoras on transit or Amherst Ale house
  15. It’s all about what you ask him to do. Let him sit on obvious run situations, let him be the nickle DT and get after the qb. The game has changed drastically and the role of a pass rushing DT is more valuable than a do it all guy.
  16. This is true but most teams also slide a defensive end inside at the 3 tech to rush the passer. You don’t need to do that with Oliver, he’s a rare talent because of his size he’s still incredibly strong. That what makes him an elite prospect
  17. Well it shows they have vets already in place and can develop these linemen the right way
  18. Totally agree with you, heck we can do it this year in the 2nd or 3rd with Irv, Stenberger or Fant.
  19. Yep let’s drastically overhaul the defense that we’ve been building the last two years, brilliant.
  20. I like Hockenson a lot but nothing at him screams a generational talent. I think he could develop maybe into a tightend like Whitten but I see more heath miller/Todd heap. While I’d like a player of that caliber on this roster, I would not pass on him for a guy like Ed Oliver. Especially when we can still get a tight end like Irv Smith, Josh Oliver, Jace Stenberger or Foster Meanru in the 2nd or 3rd. Now Noah Fant that’s different
  21. The renderings from the jetblog.com look completely different
